Here's what I don't get.

You got coffee at a bistro. "The coffee is hot" - nonsense "The coffee was hot" - makes sense

You SAW a woman at the beach. "That woman is beautiful" - sense? "That woman was beautiful" - potential insult?

I would figure out how to cover each of the great lakes in algae (chlorella vulgaris), as they are the most efficient natural way we have of capturing CO2, and create a fund to pay off everyone who can validate having a business dependent on fishing in the great lakes for 7-10 years to make them quit talking. I would move whatever unique wildlife there are there to other lakes too because...

I think it should simply be two parts: 1). A list of what steps were taken 2). What conclusions can be drawn from it

Instead we get something that combines both so it is hard to tell where researchers beliefs come into play.

I think the problem is because of the virtual machine, instead of being compiled to an executable. I mean GraalVM is great - but why did it take so long to develop? I mean Sun could still be alive if developers and users had instant startup times, could have easily deployed Java to servers and clients, and that it was not only faster but used way less memory.
