Just a cost thing. I use a scale all day. But for most starting out the measuring spoon and cups are cheap and easy to use.

I'm a busy dad. I've tried and failed so many times. I'll stick to a poolish.
Great point. The Fitbit app does not answer common medical questions or give you a simple check of how you're doing. I do'nt have the premium Fitbit account so I'm not sure if they do there. But to me this is a failing on most of the top apps out there.

Just to be sure, we just use the data over the last week and then dump it as soon as we present a result. Happy to discuss more.

In the study of many mental health conditions, tracking changes in location are markers for depression. By understanding mobility patterns, we can learn more about how to better deliver care just-in-time.

Companies like ginger.io have been doing this with success for many years.

Hi Dr.Scump we are actually not tracking location all the time. Just significant location change every 10 minutes or so.

Users don't need to select this permission if they don't want to.

Hope this helps.
