Hi Peter, founder of a YC startup here. My startup got acquired and I now have a new O1 visa but in my indian passport I still have the old O1 visa stamped. I’ve now traveled internationally. Can I enter the US with my old visa? Asking because the waiting times to get the new visa stamped are ridiculously long. Thank you for your time!

Getting feedback from customers is crucial but it seems really difficult to get people to answer a survey or get on a call.I mainly use email to ask for feedback and the response rates are terrible, 2-3%.Are there any effective ways of getting feedback? Tools or templates?

I’ve been bootstrapping a Saas company for over 2 years now and making just enough revenue to sustain.The product can be used for more than one usecase, hence I get people signing up for different use cases. And I’m finding it hard to figure out which usecase is the strongest. In other words, what segment of customers are getting the most value.I’m thinking if implementing a survey after users...
