Germany's cargo airship project is now an indoor waterpark located in Brandenburg (close to Berlin)

(With rising energy costs, hopefully it can stay like this for a while)

I didn't know it was gone.

But seeing this makes me sentimental, I spent a lot of time there in my younger (and Linux) years.

I'm a Mac user now.

Also anecdotal but seen this confirmed by others: Cutting out seed oils and eating more saturated fat (butter) lessens sugar/carb cravings by a lot and makes cutting out both of those toxins easier.

Re:macOS Monterey on Monday October 25, 2021 @04:07PM (#28992482)
That's exactly what I do each autumn: Update to the macOS version from autumn last year.

So far I was fine with it though of course sometimes it's annoying to get the latest XCode (and iOS sdk) version for development, so I have to resort to a VM from time to time.

Re:The Dresden Job on Saturday August 28, 2021 @03:41AM (#28336330)
Correct.

The authorities don't want to be seen as racist, so nothing seems to happen. And the parties in power in Berlin (city/state) are on the left/green side, so that's not helping either.

As far as I know, gas stations will want to or have to (EU regulation?) install chargers.

They also sell coffee :-)

Does Tesla's navigation guide you to a charger that is likely having a slot for you?

In Berlin, bio gas to power the (normal) garbage trucks is created from the separate food trash bin contents.

Can as well work for parts of the US East Coast and US West Coast :-)
And the HPV vaccine.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HPV_vaccine "It is estimated that HPV vaccines may prevent 70% of cervical cancer, 80% of anal cancer, 60% of vaginal cancer, 40% of vulvar cancer, and show more than 90% efficacy in preventing HPV-positive oropharyngeal cancers."
