I would suggest a book called "The Manager's Path", it is a very popular book suggested by the stack overflow community.

Based on our experience, once you finished the MVP, you should focus on SEO, HN can drive some traffic, but it won't last long. Good Luck!

true, but most of them are the study guide related to the question.

While we are analyzing data for http://toptalkedbooks.com, we realized there are a lot of youtube links mentioned in the comments, therefore we put together this website to show all of the videos. HN videos are updated daily, SO videos are updated weekly. We are also working on tutorials for developers, stay tunned! Thank You!

wow, that is quick, looks good, Thanks!

great idea! just one UI suggestion, can you blur the background when popping up the image? that will make my eyes feel better.

other than that, great job!

our experience was about 5-6k users when hitting the front page. it really depends on how many people upvote your posts. good luck!

there is a long way to go, i don't think "ThingsOnReddit" is a success yet, don't give up so easily, it is all about your determination.

great idea, while we were doing toptalkedbooks.com, my partner and I were thinking about doing the exact same thing for our next project. Nice UI, good execution, good luck!

just one friendly note: our site was rejected by amazon a couple time,(due to content issue), I hope your path is smoother.

http://toptalkedbooks.com is another one for books

our site was also rejected from amazon affiliate a couple times due to the same problem, eventually we changed the content and get passed, I wrote a medium post for that, https://medium.com/@guohuang/how-we-got-rejected-from-amazon...

so don't give up, just keep trying

I would recommend this book, http://toptalkedbooks.com/books/xyiEMg/RESTful-Web-Services-...

I understand that, we had the same feeling when we launch our side project a month ago.

good stuff, nice job! wish you the best.

Happy to hear that, we just did another update this morning. :)

It really depends on the traffic, we have launched the site for only a month, we've got about 9k users so far (mid aug til now), revenue is about $200

Good question, we don't have an answer yet, we are still finding a better way to get more organic traffic.

Thanks for finding it useful.
