one and the same
Because it's a workaround on Googles control. Next year it will be a week, then a month, then never again.

Same genetics produce the same outcome (mostly).

They used IE in the beginning.

>neutral non-position

This wasn't the case. Mozilla even used similar wording as Google did.

Mozilla >We might find it necessary to support the format if usage becomes more widespread, but that will be a product decision

Google >There is not enough interest from the entire ecosystem to continue experimenting with JPEG XL

(this was retarded too, but wcyd if you are forced to say this)

[2] was anticipatory obedience from Mozilla. Good for them that they grew a spine later (or more likely: they knew that Google will implement it some time later, so the change of opinion cost them nothing).

Obviously, once the Google overlords decided it.

This was planned for DVDs too, but they failed miserably.

Gatekeeping is not always bad.

It's a skill check.
Not only that but VHS gained "Hi-Fi" in the 80ies. Only a CD had higher quality, but considering the equipment it was played probably not by much.

Another unit that requires mental load.
VHS audio was superb.

So? Still not antisemitism.
Re:Please Do Not Vibe Fuck Up This Software – Rsync on Sunday May 31, 2026 @06:01AM (#48344402)
"antisemitism" loses it's meaning if you are using it this way.
DNT exists, not even that is honored by websites. There is no need for a cookie banner for technical cookies.
Yes, but that's not what usually is associated with P2P. That is normal client-server model.
because real P2P is hard for realtime stuff. Be it timing or network port forwarding issues.
Then don't. People will find a way to replace those.
Modern Warfare 2 and 3 have an unpatched RCE. Still available on Steam.
not a trivial solution.
Re:Scrcpy v4.0 on Wednesday May 13, 2026 @10:48AM (#48122676)
true, my bad. Somehow if your device was in Intune, this never worked, I had to use Samsung Flow instead (which has other quirks).
