you cant do it for personal subs with oai or ant no?
"Luckily by now we found almost perfect cables that bend exactly as we want them to bend. And we bought the entire supply of them. There are zero more of them available to order on Amazon." Everyone is hoarding at any cost...
their this year projection at a minimum is above 60B? and its not going to be the same every year.. so not sure how 30 years of revenue is your estimate.
I actually like peace mode because I just focus on industrial optimization vs diverting my attention to attackers
Can you share initial prompt or something? Is it ChatGPT app or codex terminal? I’m assuming you did not intervene at all
Isn’t the point of arc agi 3 to measure general game intelligence even if it’s not a AAA game? Frontier models have obliterated that. And they do keep most of it private so no gaming there.
The models these days have 3 components that is for sure going to get better and better
1. Very good vision (it can identify almost anything in a picture)
2. Keyboard and mouse actions (slow but it does it well)
3. General world understanding (this one is toss up but given Astra or Fable, it surely does well even if it takes a while)
Now combine all these with specific RL environments that may use specific games which also generalizes to an extent and we have a system that can only get significantly better from here.
As for speed, I’d say it’s a question of how much money you are willing to throw (like Cerebras for example).
Nvidia going 35x from $150B doesn’t answer the parent’s point. Matching Amazon’s returns from IPO would require a vastly bigger multiple from an already much higher starting valuation. “People underestimated Nvidia” isn’t an explanation for how Anthropic gets to a quadrillion dollars. It can be hugely successful without giving IPO investors Amazon-like returns.
my thesis is that it will go down and not up over time. The moat they had in coding which is by far the highest token consumption is not that huge compared to Nov-Feb period where token maxxing was prevalent and no other vendor's model was that good.
court records? you can't hide them

I'd totally buy this if it supports other AI providers and apps! I trust Apple for the hardware quality
NYTimes still doesn’t have a single click to cancel! Gotten better now. Hope they learn.
how is this news? Adversarial country using AI to generate fake news goes way before AI.
can you share more details? was this very involved or asking codex/claude/open code with a 1 shot like approach?
>So until we can comprehend it there really isn't much progress.
Not really? We are at a point if an AI today can solve it, it can be stepping stone of understanding something deeper to tomorrows AI and it continues. Sort of like our limitations doesn't matter. Obviously there are many scenarios in this recursive loop but saying it isn't much progress is not how I view this as
This is significant progress and released without all the drama. Some very important progress in Reinmann, Hodge and unique games theorem. Point the repo to your agent and ask for the significance! In a way this is probably 50-100 years of math progress by humans
Noble prize is only given to individuals
Its rare to have noble prize given to just one person! This feels extra special for the work he has done.
What are you talking about? He is very young, definitely made millions to not work for a lifetime in many places around the world and is insanely popular with his drama.
In your view he may have sacrificed more millions in the future but I very much doubt he is struggling now.
He already had a bulk load from his time at OpenAI.
He is a hypocrite for all we care. You work there for a while when your stock is getting vested and suddenly you have this feeling? Like the dude hired a PR firm as well.
While the safety and alignment is a real problem, I don’t get this guy or the Anthropic dude. First world problems.
All I hear is cope. I’m very certain that my job can be automated and that I don’t posses intelligence above the models these days. Sure, I’m needed in ways that AI can’t so certain things but I don’t want to pretend like it’s not going to improve on those areas. And unfortunately the Math community need to set aside their ego and come to terms with it. I don’t understand the “but humans are this and that” arguments. AI should bring humility among us. May be every other species got humbled by humans and now we have AI (May be not exactly the AI now but soon)
It’s not direct token to token pricing and everyone misses it. The cost is how much tokens to complete something multiplied by token pricing. I can have a model at .0001 per million tokens but it’s so inefficient that it takes 10B tokens to complete a task means it’s expensive.
it was expected no? if cost is the only reason to use oss models, they can do much better than small providers who don't have much compute.
yeah I used to love claude! but these days it refuses and responds as if its like a big brother. glad competition exists and for the past few months codex has been significantly better. Even some oss models like glm are good but they dont have enough compute and get capacity constraints
6-luna is at the pareto for most of the tasks! I dont know how they make money here but its insane value from a closed source model. I'd go further and say it makes no sense (privacy, sovereignty etc aside) to use many other models as its not only expensive but also many providers don't have that much GPUs to serve at a significant volume.
https://openrouter.ai/rankings?view=month#top-models 5.6 luna is already the most used model this month.
You can pay for whatever Google service and they still collect this data. Same with meta subscription.
