Re:Curated list of communication tools that work during internet blackout

Inclusion and exclusion are my decisions, made by hand.
AI tooling assists with drafting text and cross-checking licenses, audit citations, and project status. I've added a note on this to the README.
On the second point: censorship and shutdowns are listed as separate scopes, and the circumvention section states up front that those tools don't work in a full shutdown.
Thanks for the critique, it helps me improve the list.

what OS are you using? It normally works without issues on Chrome. It can be hard on CPU so better have no other tabs open on your browser.

Built this as a browser groovebox with no account or backend.
Grooves are fully encoded in the URL, so you can share and remix them just by sending a link.
It runs entirely client-side using the Web Audio API.
Would love feedback, especially on the workflow and usability.
Mpump: A browser groovebox you can share as a link
Show HN: Mpump – browser groovebox where grooves are shareable links
I built a groovebox for making loops: techno, house, acid, anything electronic that works in loops. No install, no account. The idea is simple: a groove is a URL. The full pattern, tempo, and sounds live in the link. You open it, hear it, change it, send it back different. Has drums, bass, synth, Euclidean rhythms, live jam sessions.Would love feedback,...

Mine is not a generic idelogical flamewar. It's an objective observation based on the History and the politics of authoritarian governments.
It's sad how in 2021, in a respected website like this, facts are considered to have the same value as opinions. And if someone dont like the facts call them "ideological flames".

Yes sure, everyone knows that librarians hide books with which they disagree, because, since Socrates, their only goal is to corrupt the young, the innocent and the virgins.
LOL You don't look very familiar with libraries and books.

to avoid confusion Ferros should have chosen a different and better name, considering that magic-warmhole is an older project doing more or less the same thing (with different and better technology and it's real free software)

If the profit is the only measure that a lot of people here seem to consider: why not just burning the trash in the air, pouring polluted water directly in the ocean and allowing toxic material in our food chain? Do we want forbidding people to become rich doing nothing for others? These markets are bigger than several GDP of many countries, "whether you like it or not".

Brave has a long way to go to build real trust. Too many reckless stuff: hijacking links, suspicious url-rewriting, crypto-token stunts, forgetting to communicate with users about serious privacy leaks with their faulty TOR window... also it looks like they care about privacy only in their PR brochures.

It does not seems very different than other trades made illegal/wrong because they make people rich at huge community costs: like destroying the nature and the planet. I am thinking about Ivory trade, or rare animals, or furs etc etc...
But people are too busy to get rich to thing about the consequences.
