Is there anyway to protect/enforce your IP using a dev shop in another country?

I am going to outsource my dev to a dev shop overseas in the Philippines. I have a contract I am going to use that says I own all the IP blah, blah blah. But I understand this is really hard to enforce in other countries. Is there anything you can do to protect yourself with devs in other countries? I know people outsource development all the time ... Any advice on how to go about this properly?

Thank you so much for the thoughtful explanation. Honestly from what I can tell, Laravel is the most popular with remote devs and dev shops. So I think I will end up going with that for now.
I have my email attached but here it is - [email protected]
Are you saying that Laravel is the best in terms of others developers being able to pick up where someone left off?
Thank you for the response much appreciated !

Thanks! What are LIFO rules exactly ?

Do I need to have my stock vest if I am a solo founder?

I want to incorporate my company as a Deleware C-corp. I am a solo founder, at the moment. Will investors want me to be on a vesting schedule even though I am a solo founder? If so what would the appropriate vesting schedule look like in my case? I have already been working on the idea for almost a year...Lastly, if I decided to have all my equity vest on day one. Eventually down the line if I...

I meant to say is it hard to switch an Deleware LLC to a Deleware C-corp ? I had it reversed. Apologies guys. Reason for the change is because I want to start boot strapped and then eventually raise money but I dont think I am going to raise money for at least a year maybe 1 1/2 years.

When do you file 83b elections? And how does it work exactly?

I am incorporating a Delaware C-corp. I am a solo founder (at the moment) So I will buy and own all of the stock of the company. So at the moment I don't need to file a 83B election right? However later on, if I bring on a Co-founder who's equity will be subject to vesting. When that Co-founder comes on then they will have to file an 83B election? Can someone please explain this in detail for me,...
