I have been using ente.io for few months now. It does what i want, to back up my photos. AI and all is something i personally don't care much about. But i would love to have location clustering.

Pretty happy with it.

Re:Ask HN: How to effectively get feedback from users? on Tuesday November 03, 2020 @06:10AM (#24978513)
It is often better to get feedback while the user is using the product that is what we recommend at http://featuremonkey.com/

When you send an email and ask user to give feedback they don't really have an incentive to give feedback, maybe giving Amazon gift cards etc.. can increase the likely hood of reply.

The placement of give feedback link can be really important.

Maybe keep in near places where you are more likely to have issues or you want feedback from.

I loved the no-code product which we made using coda.io but after a point, you wanna be able to build things and the flexibility is not there.

We wanted teams to be able to take feedback from others on phone or email and then upvote on people's behalf.

Show HN: Feature Monkey – The feedback tracker for building better features

I build a lot of products in the past, all of them failed. I realised that we didn't listen to our users enough, Maybe not at all.
