The @message decorator allows transmissions scheduling logic not to have to be extended by your own code to focus on the actual Channel and Message logic. This way, the code is also magically indexing all the transmissions notification classes for when they need to be loaded asynchronously in the worker.

And if you meant that transmissions could have forced a couple of channel tasks, we would have missed the content of notification, the logic to check for validity, etc.

Thanks! In this last version, we decided to move all notions of channels (sms, push, etc.) to the classes. So each notification has a `trigger_name` linking it to the class form the @message decorator. So you can identify notifications that way, but you can't infer the channels they'll use.

Thanks for the post; running a company is not only about making the right decisions, it is also about living with the bad ones. I think this blog post is a good testimony that helps with that.

I am super excited about this announcement, but for now CloudSearch seems to be supporting only 3 types of indexes (http://docs.amazonwebservices.com/cloudsearch/latest/develop...), so no geo-search probably and other filters that might be welcome in upcoming releases

What the article does not really say much is that Tripl keeping an office in Stockholm where we do have connections, but we have trouble finding fundings for a large engineering project, we have still not found a new office (co-working space) and we have huge difficulties hiring (mobile and web developers).

I would love to be proven wrong and keep a larger presence in Stockholm, but NYC has proven easier on these three topics so far.
