How does it compare to cmux and wave terminal?
Re:Ghostty 1.4.0 on Thursday October 29, 2026 @01:13AM (#50284806)
Sounds very interesting! Would be cool if you could publish it because there are not many Ghostty ports for Windows.
Re:Ghostty 1.4.0 on Wednesday October 28, 2026 @01:44AM (#50269711)
Curious which terminal is this? I've been looking for a Windows terminal app which uses Ghostty.
Re:Ghostty 1.4.0 on Tuesday October 27, 2026 @02:49PM (#50263925)
As a fairly recent ghostty user I was surprised with how quickly it became my default terminal. Very smooth experience so far.
Re:Fixing Tool-Call Accuracy in vLLM on Monday October 26, 2026 @11:18AM (#50245244)
Would this technique work with inference optimization techniques like DFlash and MTP? In other words does it slow down things to the point where its just better to retry?
Re:JetBrains Thinkrail on Monday October 26, 2026 @02:01AM (#50239693)
I find myself switching between claude, codex, pi etc. I see that this project only monitors pi sessions which is a shame.
Would be useful to have a remove password feature (for a known password) and support for adding signatures
Doesn’t seem to work against docker php:8.5.11-apache
Re:PHP 8.2.35 on Wednesday October 21, 2026 @12:53PM (#50184050)
Any signs of exploits out yet?
Re:Upcoming Critical PHP Security Release on Wednesday October 21, 2026 @03:27AM (#50177214)
Does the exploit need a framework like laravel or can it work with just plain php
How are folks on windows using tmux or tmux-like tools? Tmux inside git bash is really slow. Any other tools? I know I can use WSL but due to some deployment constraints I can’t use it.
Re:Show HN: WhatsApp MCP running free on Cloudflare on Monday October 19, 2026 @05:43PM (#50158482)
Can you share some more details about the backup workflow? Wouldn’t you end with a lot of redundant copies if you backup everyday?
Re:GLM-Legal: Advancing Agentic Legal Intelligence on Tuesday October 13, 2026 @12:32AM (#50066756)
That’s why you don’t use their harness, just their model. The model is brilliant.
Re:Local Indexing to reduce tool calling and token usage on Monday October 12, 2026 @12:51AM (#50051513)
Does this download an embedding model? If so which one? There is barely any information on how it works.
Re:Python 3.15.0 on Saturday October 10, 2026 @01:53AM (#50030015)
The Tachyon sampling profile looks interesting. It can profile a running python Process which would be useful in production setups.
Opera browser has this feature baked in a long time ago, before the Chromium era.
Re:TinySol, a tiny solitaire game for DOS on Saturday August 08, 2026 @10:03PM (#49227725)
8086 and up! Amazing
Thanks a lot for the recommendations!
The link is broken
Is the model response quality identical to the memory unconstrained model?
Which model do you think currently hits the highest size-to-performance ratio for agentic tasks like tool calling?
Curious if the same idea could work with gpt-oss-120b? So one could run at least slowly on a Mac
Can the same be done with qwen3.6-35b-a3b?
Re:Nativ: Run frontier open models locally on your Mac on Wednesday July 22, 2026 @12:00AM (#49001709)
Interesting project. So I guess the search tool is to crawl Wikipedia for articles? And how do you ensure that the tagging stays within the Wikidata taxonomy? How exactly are you using a geocoder? Sorry, just curious
Re:Nativ: Run frontier open models locally on your Mac on Tuesday July 21, 2026 @02:19AM (#48988719)
What exactly do you mean by data cleaning
Re:Vāgdhenu: A Sanskrit Chanting TTS System on Saturday July 18, 2026 @04:44AM (#48956275)
Would be interesting to make a similar one for Tibetan chants.
What SDK are you using? Or is it custom?
Re:I Built a Telegram Client for Pi on Wednesday July 08, 2026 @04:16PM (#48836898)
Off topic, but apart from pi-tui, is there a recommended TUI library that integrates well with the Pi? I want to have a multi pane TUI experience like lazydocker right inside Pi. Pi-tui is a bit limited.
Apart from maximizing compatibility, is there a technical reason why GPU is not used if available?
