Yes, somehow his this particular essay landed in my inbox middle of May, beautully insightful one and an emotional one. I for some reason saved it as I liked it so much. Did not know it had been written from ICU.

And when I get confused, I watch TV. Television is never confusing. It's all so simple somehow.

This is great. The best article I have read on BWT and experimented was in Dr Dobbs Journal around 1996-97.
Another one you can check out is one I have made for myself and used by friends [1], although only tech news.
It also uses more than 100 RSS feeds to aggregate the top 10 news every few hours. Also has tags that can be used to read topic related news.

Show HN: Quick scan of tech news from multiple sources
Hello HN, I had submitted my website link sometime back but submitting again after many tweaks. https://embit.ca started out for me to check tech news every morning and several times a day, then few friends found out and started using it. It still has small audience but whoever has used finds it useful. I would appreciate some feedback from HN folks as there is lots of room for improvement...

Apologies in advance as I may be saying contrary to the sentiments here against Wikipedia fund raising. I also get the same emails and the banners. I diligently donate what I can. I don’t know where my funds will go. But what I do know is that I use that website practically twenty times a day and get something of value.
