elromulous

This could be simply fixed by the US allowing the re-importation of drugs. Without it, we end up with monopolistic pricing.

This was a famous debate between Tanenbaum and Torvalds on the pros/cons of micro vs monolithic kernel OSes.

Iirc from last time I used dwm3000 modules (circa 2020) the best resolution they could achieve was 10cm.

I'm unsure if adding more anchors for an overdetermined solution can improve on this limitation.

The AI optimization is to put it in distribution. So... make it look like python or js?
Assuming there's even a modicum of truth to this article, here a potential explanation: https://www.theverge.com/gadgets/992113/some-of-dysons-500-t...
Is "tariff" here used to mean "rate"?
Surely this is missing "/s"
I don't necessarily disagree, but in practice it's never as easy. Combing ingredients for a cake is always easier than separating them back out. Getting married is easier than getting divorced. It almost feels like some kind of fundamental law.
I've wondered if billionaires get their jets lined with lead.

Lead is notoriously heavy, but if you buy a 737 and it only ever has to fly you and a couple other people, it might be feasible.

Or I guess they could just line one section where they spend the majority of the time.

Regardless of the underlying issue, I don't agree with:

I can almost certainly wash dishes faster than my dishwasher, but the dishwasher frees me up to do other things. Not to mention, you can run many agents in parallel. Resulting in your overall code production throughput (the issue you're raising) being greater.

Re:France to ban unsolicited telemarketing calls on Tuesday August 11, 2026 @07:41AM (#49256657)
We have a "do not call" list in the us. It's effectively worthless.
(disclaimer: I haven't watched this yet)

Mathematicians / folks knowledgeable on the subject - do you think Fermat had an error in his (lost) proof? Or that there exists a solution that perhaps is more straightforward than Wiles's?

My understanding is that Wiles had to use a ton of math (and invent some new math?) that had not yet been invented in Fermat's time.

It's totally possible to achieve synchronization better than light transmission time. For the purposes of synchronization, the speed of light delay, and any other delay are indistinguishable, and need not be distinguished.
Can someone describe the pros/cons vs zellij?

Are you sure Lavazza didn't eat the cost? It's great marketing material for them.

This could be similar to the fisher space pen. There's a common urban legend that NASA spent millions developing the space pen, while the soviets simply used pencils. Fisher actually paid for the development of the space pen.

P.s. And as usual, TSA doesn't understand anything about queueing theory and doesn't implement round robin / starvation prevention. Global services and clear get absolute priority over other queues.
I _just_ went though the line. It wasn't too bad (5-10min, despite having bio ID), but it was by far the worst I've encountered at SFO in the decade I've been flying out of there.
