Avaturn.live is a voice-to-voice AI assistant that lets you speak to an avatar in real time. We managed to reach <0.5 sec response time so that the conversation with an avatar feels more natural. Also what do you think about our lip sync? We were struggling a lot to reach our current level.Initial use case we're exploring: Automated product demos/sales, where the AI avatar can showcase...

Hey everyone! I think you've seen multiple startups creating virtual talking AI avatars. Do you think they can be used as sales team?

There are so many companies right now that are creating talking AI avatars. We are working on something like that as well. We think they can eventually substitute sales people: so basically a potential customer will talk to an AI avatar who will show a demo and answer all of the questions. What do you think about it? What other use cases can you think of?
These are the examples of the companies...
Wow! This works so great! I've just tried it, loved that it also suggests better brands to look at. It would be great if you could do the same for amazon.co.uk - it's basically the same amazon but we use it in the UK. This looks awesome, maybe you should try posting it on Product Hunt or some reddit threads? It's great it's free so people will be eager to try it.
Hey HN! I'm also working at in3D. We are presenting our app to a big audience for the first time and we really need your feedback!
Hi! Great idea! I've got a question: in the current version meeting participants receive only one question like how the meeting went? If so, it would be great to customize questions and answers, and to have an opportunity to send a couple of questions.
Hi! Great idea. I din't quite understand where I put a link to the article. When I press "Get started" a google form opens where I can put my email. And there is only one more field: 'if any message or question'. Looks a bit strange)
Congrats with the launch!
Wow, that's helpful! Will try it out, thanks for that!
Great idea! Will try with my team:)
Loved it, was surprised to find So you think you can dance in the list. Congrats!
Well, some people do remember visuals. Imagine HR who's been going through hundreds of profiles a day. Photo may be a good tool to create association (for example, HR can think: 'that guy in red shirt had experience in Google). On the other hand, just any picture can be used, not a photo to solve this problem:)
I think it depends a lot on the industry as well. In some industries it is common to paste photos, in others it will look very strange
Is it somehow different to typeform.com?
It looks very interesting, but I personally wouldn't buy such earphones as I never saw it as a problem. However, numbers talk by themselves so I wish you good luck in that!
This looks amazing! However, as other commentators say: right now there are not a lot of use cases for that. It will be hard to go to market because you'll have to create that market. I wish you good luck in that because potentially this can be something huge!
Looks very cool! I think there may be a demand for that!
Very nice idea, but for me it didn't work well) I uploaded a photo of an apple pie, the program showed me the recipes for Breakfast burritos and Chicken parmesan:))
But I love the idea! Thanks for the product!
The product looks great! I'm dealing a lot with contractors and sometimes I make my comments in a chat and then in figma so this seems to be a great solution to keep everything in one place) Will try to use it!
Worked quite well with an article. Good job!
Hi! I didn't quite get it. What does it mean "designed by AI"? And do I get real jewelry if I subscribe? If so, who makes this jewelry from AI design?
In my opinion, the founders are those who want to do the job the most, those who have the biggest motivation. "PC has consistently missed deadlines and meetings" - this doesn't sound like PC is motivated to do their job, so I think it's better not to continue working with PC
Thanks for the suggestion! The current name is not the final one:)
That's true:) how does it contradict?
Interesting idea! We'll certainly think about it
I don't argue with that, I mixed up the terms "registered" and "logged in"
Can't understand negative reaction about 2 new registered users
Hey! I personally followed HN but never commented before so had to login only now when news about our platform was posted. Didn't see multiple simplistic comments except for dpie123's who is my friend and an active user of co-train.space:)
Great idea! Tried it with mum, worked quite well!
