"...unique tracking label for every card in the deck"
I'd like more details on how this was accomplished on a practical level. Got me thinking about how to embed trackers thin enough to go into a playing card that would operate like a mesh network then the deck could self report once it's properly randomized making a green light go off indicating play may begin.
Is this supported through the chrome dev tools mcp server?
They did $9.2 billion in revenue for the 2020 financial year. Quoted from the article, which is worth reading.
I built a small throwaway project that's kinda like that.
https://flipr.social/I should add the links for sharing as a feature update.
Knobs shouldn't be hard to use - hold down the knob that needs the adjustment and then drag in either of two directions to set the value. Maybe have a pop-up over the knob that displays the value as it's in use.

Weeks ago there was a submission describing an experiment with AI coding a simple game. I've been spinning up quick efforts using Claude Sonette and this is the most recent and polished example. It took about two hours of refining prompts to get it to behave as desired. Getting the global scoreboard functioning may have been the most challenging, but the rest of the project was all the AI output.
I've been tracking that on and off for years -
https://parans.com/Not sure it's really caught on, but it's out there
anyone curious how employee ownership can work for large tech enterprises, a good starting point can be the material made available through the Beyster Institute -
https://rady.ucsd.edu/why/centers/beyster/index.htmlThe founder built an $8 Billion dollar employee owned company, SAIC - and then allowed it to be carved up once he left having failed to ensure the culture of employee ownership was rooted as firmly with the board of directors as it was with the rank and file employees. I worked there for 12 years and saw firsthand the slide away from the ownership model, and it was instructive for me in my early career years.
Huh, are there speciality chewing sticks purpose made for this?
Should add how many working hours are left in the given quarter.
Wow! What fun reading this niche interest. The Pilot FriXion sounds fun, for spycraft, or to recreate the Acme disappearing reappearing ink from who framed Roger rabbit.
"If you accidentally make your writing disappear, you may be able to get it to reappear by placing the paper in a freezer that reaches below 14°F (-10°C)."

This is fun! I'd like to be able to drag the notes around the circle to align the beat as needed, or a snap to grid with resolution options - but does the thing as described, very nice!
This whole article is predicated on AI investor engagement not falling off a cliff in the next 24 months.

With half of individuals reportedly having no internal monologue, would this be useless with them? Or just render unintelligible results?

Excellent book about the PLATO system, it goes into some of the game mechanics and social aspects - 'the friendly orange glow' by Brian Dear.
I assumed Otis was a indy dev library project and Acapulco to be a code name for a upcoming release.
Or a way to have automobiles behave like trolley cars during the segment of the journey that makes the most sense.
Seems like the cars all need to talk to each other then these interactions can be auto negotiated ahead of time
Because it's so intensely personal, it'd be unlikely to have one pattern that would do IT for just anyone. A way to edit the patterns in an app over Bluetooth to get it jusssst right might be the ticket.
The only constant is change.

I've been reading Peter Zeihan's book , "the end of the world is just the beginning" the death of free trade being the central theme a near future where the US has abandoned policing the seas and formerly interconnected economies localize in response. Began reading it slightly sceptical of the premise but anecdotes like this above are adding up to a near term 30-50 year that might resemble a global contraction amongst trading relationships.
In the 19th century, a boilerplate referred to a plate of steel used as a template in the construction of steam boilers. These standardized metal plates reminded editors of the often trite and unoriginal work that ad writers and others sometimes submitted for publication.
