Hi, we all have opinions, but do you think they matter?
with Quora, there are many valuable information and opinions, but they are subjective. Do you think they are valuable?
right, oracle easily beats most of these so called web company. small ponds, people.
one deal from these companies can feed a cool startup for 3 years.
it is a small bubble, they put a few ppl in a bubble and just blow that particular bubble big.

do they still do it? is it too old fashion? do VCs take biz cards?
cool. how long did you use to put this together?
Congratulations.
are you going to share who bought it? is it public ?
I only see spams from most of the msg. I think you are doing a right thing trying to capitalize while the hype is there. Based on alexa, it is dying out already.
I like your css. very clean.
I second that.
the next thing you will do is probably ask your mom to rank you against your brothers.
I like convinceme.net
but the traffic on compete.com is horrible. I hope it could do better and I think it deserves better attentions.
I personally don't get the quora hype, but I would understand if Convinceme get more popular
it is a world to look for greater fools.
of course he did. He is just copying the idea and advertising here.
are you looking for a product that you can integrate with your site now? or you want an algorithm?
An analogy I am thinking is, if someone or lots of people tells me that an iphone clone in china has outdone the iphone. what would I do, even from my experience it is the other way around.
Ya, I agree. I am like you a lot, but I know I am influenced by others. Like after I pick my choice I am comfortable with, but seeing not a lot of people making the same choice may make me think again.
What I am thinking is, do ppl really admit that they are affected by others?

I had a discussion with my co-workers on influence of purchase. IMO, even we think we are rational, we are not. some of us, even very rational hackers, do lots of research before we make a purchase, but large part of it are influenced by other people. That's why branding is so important, apple is doing so well. It is because we care what other people think.I know I am stating the obvious, but...
thanks for the pictures, it is fascinating to see open colored pictures. loving it.
I agree. I seldom type in my native language, and not to mention that I have to type it in for an URL. So I am doubting the values. On the other hand, if UID is more user friendly and next gen net users are more used to native surfing, the value may be bigger.

What do you think about the future of IDN domains? do you think it has the values of non-unicode domain that helps in branding?
will they have the same values and importance like plain text domains?
I want to hear what you think.thanks.
