Not answering your question directly but accounting and taxes are a thing everywhere. EU rules make accounting for companies quite complicated.
Focus on your business, open the smallest and simplest entity you can to validate your product before spending time and money optimizing or scaling things.
That being said, I’m familiar with GmbHs in Germany and I would advise against going this route unless funding is available. Try a sole proprietorship instead if possible.
It should be noted that this is about text editing specifically, and for other use-cases YJS is using other code pathways/algorithms, but you have to be careful how you design your data structure for atomic updates.
Thanks for reporting, I'm looking into it.
In simpler terms
1. You must implement a move constructor or a move assignment operator in order for std::move to do anything
2. The moved object could be left in an unusable state, depending on your implementation, after stealing its internal resources.
Too little too late. Used to be a JetBrains user and subscriber when IDEA was the best Java IDE. They lost me with the excessive product segmentation in the pursuit for profits.
For example, Python is heavily used for web dev where you need to do both backend and frontend. Neither PyCharm nor WebStorm alone offers what I need in one app.
VS Code with clangd is what I use now when I need to code C++.
Next I want to run WASM inside CSS. W3C, please don’t disappoint.
Exactly what I was thinking.
Minimum specs:
Memory: 4GB (8GB recommended)
The original ran on 128 MB or even less.
I wonder what’s wrong with Firefox? What is the bottleneck? The JavaScript engine? I’m guessing the thing is compiled to wasm anyway.
This. I was researching uv to replace my pipenv+pyenv setup, but after reading up a bit I decided to just give up. Pipenv is just straightforward and “just work”. Aside from being slow, not much is wrong with it. I’m not in the mood to start configuring uv, a tool that should take me 2 minutes and a “uv —-help” to learn.
> That's why we don't give MRI's out the wazoo
Why? What are the risks of MRIs without contrast?
> Better codecs are an overall win for everyone involved.
I don’t remember ever watching a movie and wishing for a better codec, in the last 10 years
Haha, I had the exact same feeling, like I had read the same comment before. Glad to know I’m not losing my mind :)

How did I ever get a haircut without paying a commission to a faceless corp?
Chromium is open source, you can fork it to death while Terrible Company inc. is busy destroying chrome.
In Germany people are asked to provide their Schufa score at their own expense when looking for an apartment to rent.
Please do this in Germany. Good luck.
> enter a sort of maintenance mode
There exists such a mode: it's called dividend distribution. But currently DBX and many other tech companies aren't paying any dividends to stock holders. So if it's not growing and not paying dividends, what is the company doing?
VN - Vietnam
SK - South Korea
JP - Japan
FDI - Foreign Direct Investment
RoI - Return on Investment

ToT - Transfer of Technology ?
> The A340 was built before ETOPS
For those who don’t know, the acronym stands for Engines Turn or Passengers Swim.
10^5 particles per liter, not 105
You know the current generation of AI is revolutionary when you have shove it down people’s throats to be able to pretend you’re an “AI company”.
For now.
See you at the next attempt.
> There’s a million wrong ways to pet the bird, but Ambient gives you a falconers glove, pulls out a fresh raptor and shows you how to take off it’s hood while holding some rabbit meat at the other side of the field
Had to bail out when I got to this part.
