Exactly, this was not a memecoin. Agree with your view about Javier Milei.

404 in Argentina too
I'm from Argentina, wake up at 6.15 and go to sleep at 22.
Most people find that hard to believe. IMHO I think we eat mostly out of habit. I found out what hunger really is after fasting a lot.
Monday coffee (or tea, mostly tea), Tuesday snack and dinner, Wednesday cofee, Thursday snack and dinner, Friday just dinner, Saturday three meals (or more or less) and Sunday three meals (or more or less).

I'm able to focus any day. Some months I do 1 week when I fast Monday, Tuesday and I eat dinner on Wednesday; body reboot.

I began to fast gradually and this is what I consider my optimal IF method.

Agree, keep an open mind and don't be affraid to try. I don't know how to categorize my IF, I've been doing it for 4 years. Tuesday and Thursday a snack at 14 and dinner around 21. Friday night, saturday and sunday I eat whatever I want. All other days just tea or cofee.

I'm 42 and I feel better than ever.

I could also be that a week before the hack started. I know that my line of thinking is very "Mr Robot". Let's hope it's not a hack and it's just human error.
Re:Multiple gas explosions and fires in Massachusetts on Friday September 14, 2018 @07:47AM (#17986461)
Is there any possibility that this was caused by hackers?
Re:A rundown of the new Gmail on Wednesday April 25, 2018 @08:15AM (#16920788)
Same in Argentina
Yes, I have the same observation. I do my own version of "intermittent fasting" diet since 3 years ago and I get the same observation from people, they say I look younger. I feel great :)

Re:JetBrains Web UI components open-sourced on Friday August 04, 2017 @12:05PM (#14929696)
I would like date pickers to have years on left, then months and then days; that would be more intuitive at least for me because I tend to choose from left to right.
1- Only water and tea, no sugar of course 2- The most I did was 3 days, I did that 3 times. Usually I eat my last meal on sunday, next meal on tuesday night, next meal thursday night and then on friday night I start eating "normal" till sunday night. 3. 40 years old 4. Not really, I walk my dog 3 day a week, I would say 40 blocks walking on those days. 5. My BMI is 22.9 5. I started doing it to loose weight, I was tired of eating 6 times a day and counting calories and picking what to eat and what not; I find a lot easier and efficient not to to eat. I now have the weight I want to have. I'm 5.3 and weight 132 pound.

I feel really good with that weight and also I love to eat and cook, so in the weekends I cook a lot and eat a lot of whatever I want, then during the week I level everything up with the fasting. I try to avoid junk food but that's just because I love to cook my own meals.

I weight myself naked after my morning bath every weekday, I've noticed that with just 1 day of fasting my weight goes down at least 4.5 pound. I love having total control of my weight and being able to loose weight really fast.

I tell this to everyone who asks about my fasting: TRY IT, it really makes you feel very good and energetic. Most people say "I couldn't do that" but they don't even try... I think that anyone can be 24hs without eating food.

Whatever info you need just send me an email to my username at gmail.

Yes, that's correct. On those 3 times I eat whatever I want, imagine that I have plenty of time to plan that meals :)
I did the 72 hours fasting 3 times, just to see if I was able to do it and because I read that 3 days it's something like a reboot of the inmune system.

I do this every week: last meal on sunday night, next meal on tuesday night, next meal on thursday night, next meal on friday night and on saturdays and sundays I eat all I want whenever I want. During fasting I only drink water or tea.

I've been doing this for a year, I feel great :)

also the Wickr Me app
or ramsomware!

Re:Poll: Do you think HN should go dark in protest of SOPA? on Thursday January 12, 2012 @05:31PM (#3458265)
We should learn from the godaddy/SOPA situation... we have the money, we own the internet, we pay for domains, hosting, servers, services. 1 day without WE using/paying the web will do more damage than 1 day with "go dark" websites.

I can live 1 day without internet... can you?

How to lock a Gmail account for more than 5 days

This happend to me, its pretty easy to lock any gmail account for more than 5 days (and counting...). This is what I did:- Search for some useless mails, for example do a search of @somedomain.com [I got 100k results] - Select ALL those mails and send them to trash - Go to your trash folder and try to empty that folder - voila! you dont have access to your mail account anymore! You will get a...
