Curious if I'm alone here, but for me, I love this because it reminds me of the early world wide web and simple sites that showcased one subject matter, created by enthusiasts for enthusiasts, and serving as a catalyst for creating more enthusiasts. Sites like these were prominent in the 1990s before various forces and features and trends emerged that ruined the internet. This site is a refreshing experience and gives me hope that maybe the internet is not fully or permanently ruined. This site is like art about art -- undeniably tasty art.

Very new to the game, so have mercy on me please, but can anyone explain what's going on with these 0-0-0 and 0-0 moves? I don't understand how or why two pieces can move simultaneously.

There is a tendency by some to take a story like this one and insinuate that all prosecutions are wrongful ones and all prosecutors guilty of malpractice etc. Kudos to this article's authors or editors for acknowledging the reality that not all cases are "witch hunts" and that sometimes there are "real witches" (or real monsters I'd prefer to call them).
For the sake of balance (in these comments), sadly some similar incidents have been very real and the wheels of justice very slow: https://www.texasmonthly.com/true-crime/how-san-antonio-baby...
Other comments have already suggested guides for creating a simple static HTML site with light CSS & JS, whereas so many other comments are suggesting absurdly more than necessary.
The one thing I haven't seen mentioned and would recommend exploring for OP's use case is: Github Pages. This would probably be perfect for serving the type of site they're describing and would eliminate numerous layers of complexity. https://pages.github.com/
> I was a bit disappointed recently to discover that it doesn't offer a way to export data from it, which is pretty bad (i.e. your listening history and starred episodes, not your list of subscribed podcasts).
Maybe overlooked? Settings -> Import & Export OPML. Can't recall if it includes listening history and starred episodes but subscriptions for sure. This is the case for Android -- can't speak for iOS.
>> "Solarwinds hasnt offered any remediation or major changes in their development, leadership or code."
Not accurate re: leadership. A new CEO just started in January, and their CTO was either terminated or he left just after the hack news.
More long-winded than patio11.
That website is pretty brutal for reading, with the ads rotating and their different heights shifting the content up and down constantly.
