But they aren't failing - this is the result of liberal policies being voted in by citizens. Unintended consequences maybe, but not a failure.

Abolition? No, just a relinquishing of power from the Federal to the State.
Depends almost wholly on how the state Constitution was written. As long as it doesn't fall afoul of the US Constitution.

And it's hardly trying to be North Korea. Hysterics don't help, and actually hurt any rational discussion.

The war on domestic oil production dramatically increased any existing inflation.

Just abiding by the 9th would eliminate a lot of the Federal gov bloat we are currently experiencing.

Some people abandon all traditional social contracts only to embrace totally new social co tracts and then demand that everyone else embrace then too.
"Chance favors the prepared mind" - one of my favorite quotes. The point being, chances come your way every day, and you need to be prepared to grab them.
4000 people were killed due to the threat of box cutters... over 100 people were killed by a fertilizer bomb. People die due to knives, hammers and fists. It's a people problem.

License agreement screens to use a vehicle you have purchased. I despair that our profession has brought this to fruition. Plus, 'features' locked behind pay walls. Crazy town.
Nah, well related militia was not a restriction on the right, it was a reason for everyone to have the right. You have to remember that the Constitution doesn't give the people rights, it delineates the governments rights. The 1st 10 amendment's were added because the anti- federalists were (rightly) worried that the government would misappropriated all powers and eventually the people would no longer be free. They were basically a list of rights for a minimum viable free society.
I'm sure all the Jan 6 protestor have waved their right to a speedy trial...
Wow, 100,000 a year die of infections contracted during treatment!
So there is your problem: you don't see the right as being people, yet want the right to see you as a person.
Think bell curve distribution and population size. That's a big difference, all other things being equal. The US just has quantitatively more individuals to the far right of the curve, just based on population size. Then cultural differences- US highly prizes individualism (or used to, at least). Japan prized homogeneity, conformance, and Zen style perfection.

You mean like leaking the collusion between certain parties to down-rate certain other parties using a secret algorithm?

It would only take a couple of people I'm key positions to accomplish it.
