Show HN: Legal–Markdown-JS, Git-friendly legal docs with Markdown and helpers

https://github.com/petalo/legal-markdown-js

Hi HN! I'm sharing legal-markdown-js, a TypeScript port of an abandoned 2011 Ruby gem that solves a surprisingly complex problem: writing legal documents that don't break when you edit them. The Problem: Legal documents have intricate numbering schemes (1.1.1, (a)(i), etc.) and cross-references. Change one section and you might need to renumber 50+ references manually. Plus there's tons of...

Are you blocking some of your traffic? I had the same issue until I (temporary) disabled NextDNS just for signing in.

Sadly, the error returned is not related to the cause.

Or add Shapez2 to your wishlist.

It hasn’t been released yet, but the team is publishing a highly interesting devlog: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/2162800

That’s been one of the strategies to help me cope with my ADD: turning my most visited services into standalone apps, and forbid to open links outside the domain in those apps.

I use Fluid in Mac, although IIRC there was a non trivial way to create them using Firefox.

Yup. In our case, tablets are forbidden on weekdays, but we allow them to use the appletv because we can control what they are doing/watching. I’ll be happy to pay a lifetime membership once it’s released there.
Don’t forget the AppleTV :)

BoS 2012? I was there and that presentation changed my way on how to (re)think about users interactions with products. I don’t exaggerate if I say that the ROI of attending that event (if only for her session) has been well over 1000x

Apart from those, I’d suggest to take a look to Integromat. Their “http module” (a UI for a curl-like service) is really handy when you want to interact with a 3rd party service that hasn’t been integrated yet.

I’ve only seen mob-programming to be adopted by teams of junior-slackers, but YMMV

We should ask our governments to ban the use of https and just trust each other

(</ironic>, just in case some internet random folk thinks I’m serious)

For me, Clubhouse has the best UX ratio of personalization, features and simplicity... Hopefully it will continue to be only improved and not extended
Re:Story of the acquisition of Ducksboard on Thursday October 16, 2014 @10:46AM (#8465149)
Please, don't be nervous. The v1 will be sold and maintained for a very long time.

Cannot talk about details, but New Relic doesn't want us to lose a single customer during the transition. Not only one.

So please, bear with us. No plans to discontinue anything, and with the upside that now we have a lot more of horsepower.

Re:Ask HN: what's the Stripe of dashboards? on Thursday June 26, 2014 @10:08AM (#7949674)
We have a few customers at Ducksboard that are building dashboards for their customers and embedding them into their apps.

Everything (pushing/pulling data, create widgets, auths, reordering, etc) can be done using our APIs (http://dev.ducksboard.com/apidoc/).

My email is at the profile page if you're interested. Thx!
