Belive it or not, that's my current situation

No I didn't change any settings, I'm using google workspace on top of my own domain so not sure what is causing this block.

No, I mean I'm using a email service on top of my own domain, and the people I want to contact only have their email ids listed online and I want to have contact via email prior to having a voice call or video call for which I need a two way communication via email.

Also to establish that kind of contact, where I can communicate via call or video, I need their contact details, right now all I have is email ids.

I want a trial of mail that can be shared with others, rather than call recordings and video recordings, that can't be shared that easily and would be far greater in size.

No that won't work, I want to use the email registered on my domain, also I think the problem would continue in other accounts as well.

I'm merely asking, would it be possible

I'm a 29 year old man, from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India the things I'm going to share below might seem impossible or lies, its ok if you don't believe them but I will swear that they are true, I don't have much proof but given nature of the things its only natural. Brief Explanation: There exists technology that can be used for doing brain level surveillance and also to fully control ones mind and body, for eg. to induce mental illness, to induce cardiac arrest, this is mostly used by intelligence agencies around the world. One such organization in Mumbai is doing a conspiracy over me, in which they are abusing this technology and powers that they have to ruin my life and career, and not allow me to live a normal life. Within this conspiracy they have made me a terrorist/anti-national element/suspicious individual and in doing so they are doing highest level surveillance/operation on me since 2018, but the abuse of this technology is going on since 2009. This technology allows them to know your thoughts, manipulate you dreams and they can use it to do various changes to the individual like induce a mental illness, make the person dumb, paranoid, they can have full control of persons brain & body, they can know your thoughts, thinking and manipulate them along with all the things that your brain can do. This technology is most likely developed by US or joint project between developed countries but is given to countries like my country to prevent terrorist attacks

The symptoms and the characteristics that was mentioned online matched what I experienced, so that's why i'm confident its that and yes I have began the process to seek professional help, but If you have done any you will know how hard its to get the right one in the first go, so wanted a bit more perspective on what I'm getting into to and whether its helping me or not, that was the intention for seeking help here.

If brain level surveillance were a thing, is this the kind of court that would hear such cases and does other country have such things ??
