This one https://www.b2brouter.net/global/prices/ allows free sending, but it does not offer reception.
Spanish police has begun seizure of the web site distributing the app https://app.tsunamidemocratic.cat/
Ergo, if you want something "not yet legal", you need violence and be sure to win. Really sad.
Re:Catalan parliament declares independence from Spain on Saturday October 28, 2017 @03:29AM (#15574325)
You can not just ignore the right of 2M people to self-determination, and that is exactly what Spain has been doing for many years.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catalan_independence_referendu...

The "Yes" side won, with 2,044,038 (92.01%) voting for independence and 177,547 (7.99%) voting against, on a turnout of 43.03%

Calls for dialogue and negotiation, which lasted until the very last minute, failed.

Yes. You are right. Spanish government has failed miserably, just look at the images.

The next obvious step will be end-to-end auditable voting systems.

Re:Spanish police raid .Cat domain name registry offices on Wednesday September 20, 2017 @03:56PM (#15297620)
This is an example of a seized web site http://ref1oct.cat/ it had information about the poll.

The JS in the source is really sad, one of the options click baits you to an Spanish sports newspaper.

Instead of augmented reality I would call this "distorted reality". People will prefer to visit places with Street View than being there. Real reality is uglier
And why not simply build an open source banking platform? Functionally speaking banks are not so difficult.
