Personally, I'm mostly using the app in the gym and progress by picking heavier kettlebells when it feels too light. Also, there's a setting in the profile for signed up users where you can select how complex exercises you want (three levels).
But I'm also thinking about how to add more progression even with a single-weight kettlebell at home and by not having to trust your own subjective feeling.
Edit: I'm also very open for ideas and feedback

I'm far from ready for being a parent yet, but this is honestly one factor I've noticed over and over again as a difference between my childless peers and the parents I encounter in work situations. Parents are just much better at prioritizing their time and energy and avoid perfectionism and trying to fix everything.

Really late at responding here but I agree on the idea that agents lock up new frontiers for improving AI-powered products/systems. I think that the principle of going towards where tech is heading applies not only to the LLMs but also to the surrounding tools, infra and plumbing. You might not have skills to leverage LLMs yourself today but have some kind of unique user insight that will be easier to translate into a product soon.

If there are any exercises or features you're missing, let me know and I'll add it.

This might look like just another workout app but my past weeks of dogfooding with it has at least spiced up my own home workouts and added some extra flavor to gym workouts. You can try it out without signing up and all feedback is welcome.

I'm having 'skate to where the puck is going' as a a guiding principle for my own development and analysis of AI-first products. I see many getting bogged down in the current limitations of LLMs and tooling and miss the rapid progress. Do you agree or is it too risky to bet on LLM progress?

The proactive piece would be key for me as well. My challenge right now is to find the right setup for leveraging my journals and notes and a local llm for this (don't want to share such personal data with openai, google, etc.)

Interesting, no worries with privacy when using chatgpt?
Ask HN: Anyone using LLMs as coach or therapist?
Is anyone else using LLMs as a coach or therapist. I'm currently exploring local LLMs as a way to enhance my journaling practice with a coach or therapist. Would love to get some inspiration and ideas on how others are doing this and which tools you use?

Business ideas are forecasts, but entrepreneurs aren't passive observers. They have the power to change both the probability and the payoff through their actions, testing, and iteration.
