Every case is different. Contacting a lawyer is the best advice to avoid getting distracted. You will anyway, but try to delegate as much as possible. Some countries have special quotas in the H1B, others have the NAFTA, some founders might do E2, others L1s, etc. And all the knowledge from achieving this is a good line to start a conversation with other international founders.

Facebook is doing video very good and very quiet. We're getting more views on a native videpost in facebook with less likes than from youtube with more subscribers. Part of this is because of the auto-play in the newsfeed.

Uber business is a good approach. But you'll get individual bills for every trip.
I hope Lyft gets you one consolidated bill a month for the company.

I loved the program and the proposal.
As for the form, how about asking for HN users or githut accounts. They say more than a cover letter.
And was I the only one that didn't really got excited with the video? I rather get more leadership from the mentors when selling the idea.

Amazing to throw away more and more usability in their platform and still retain customers because their price scheme is cheap.
I guess their budget is not good enough to hire a good programer. I wonder if the CEO hire his nephew, the one with some frontpage/dreamweaver skills for the job.

Re:How much traffic being on a Google doodle gives

This remind me about SEO and Spain. Several spanish SEOs thought about this and started building landing pages to target future doodles. And this eventually killed links to search results in doodles in google.es ;) I'm not sure if the limit still aplies after Panda and if other country specific googles have the same regulations.

Competition is always welcomed in this market. Don't know how much users are going to use checks instead of a card, and the example only seems good in prices comparing agains authorize and paypal for small transactions, not big ones.
