Taking your B12 supplements is not a guarantee: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35253567/

Checking your B12 levels is not a guarantee either, since the mechanism of deactivation still makes the B12 detectable in a blood test. The inactivation can last for a few days.

For frequent users, getting pins and needles in your feet is fairly common, and with prolonged use it can lead to "subacute combined degeneration of the spinal cord". The good news is the effects are mostly reversible if you aggressively supplement with B12 and perhaps the B12 cofactors, and stop using nitrous.

If you do a search (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=%22Nitrous+Oxide%2Fadv...) neuro effects are most common, but but there are also reports of thrombosis, bladder issues, and sexual disfunction.

Some decent papers are https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10447413/ and https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10442242/

I'm not a medical doctor, but the metabolic processes are fascinating, akin to background garbage collection or other maintenance processes in software. And like those, they are subject to bugs or other interruptions.

In addition to working out and generally improving my health, I had an ergonomic review done of my workspace. The biggest win was moving to a split keyboard, since I was hunching up my shoulders with a "normal" keyboard.

It also helped to raise up my monitors to a consistent height that removed the need to tilt my head down, but the split keyboard completely solved some neck and shoulder pain issues.

Hah. I figured Xerox was dead, but didn't know it yet back in 2011 when they outsourced their product engineering to HCL (https://www.marketwatch.com/story/xerox-explores-outsourcing...). You can't enter new markets if you don't own your own engineering.
Just because they wrote it doesn't mean it's true.

For HTTP connections, is there a current best practice that a javascript author can use to make sure that their code hasn't been modified by a MitM prior to execution on the browser?

This app is being reviewed / hyped by every MacBook/ iOS site. No matter how good the UI is, they have pulled off a massive PR coup. How did they do it?

Spaces and Expose are in Mission Control. Enter Mission Control and drag an application to the top of the screen.
