I've been playing this nearly every day and sharing the results in my family's group chat. I've been to a lot of museums and I didn't realize how much information I wasn't retaining. No quiz once you exit I guess. Anthropeum really starts to train your brain to remember patterns, times, and locations. I often get stumped by whether something is Peruvian, African, or Native Islander. Always more to learn!
I agree, anecdotally I've only hit any usage limits on the $100 Max plan in the past couple of days using Fable 5. Evaluating old codebases eats a lot of tokens. But before Fable 5 I was running Opus 4.8 on max effort most of the day and rarely getting close to 50% usage. I rarely run dynamic workflows and sub-agents though.

Compound weight training has been shown to increase bone density and decrease cognitive decline in the elderly regardless of gender. Even starting at a later age (60+) still shows many positive benefits in anecdotal and scientific studies.
OpenArena used to be my go to FPS for impromptu LAN parties. Works on Mac, Windows, and Linux and it's easy to get a local server up and running. Plus it works great on ancient Thinkpads.
An EMP attack from an enemy nation is unlikely but a solar flare could happen at any time. In 1859 the world experienced an enormous geomagnetic storm when a coronal mass ejection hit Earth's magnetosphere. If the same solar flare happened today most of the world's power grid could be wiped out minus government and military hardened assets.
If you look at current pictures of operators in the field many are already using Android phones (usually Samsung). They primarily mount on the upper chest in the admin area of a plate carrier which helps keep the phone out of the way and makes the device immediately accessible. This Tactical Edition uses a Juggernaut case which is already the defacto standard case and mounting solution. ATAK is an interesting platform even in the limited version civilians have access to.
A couple of months ago Amazon shipped me a completely empty, sealed envelope labeled as 1 pound. At least Amazon support immediately shipped me the correct item.

The book Little Brother by Cory Doctorow mentions an innocuous home screen or desktop that is accessed via alternate password and I've always wanted to see it actually implemented.
Probably has to do with Hacker Noon migrating from Medium to their own platform. Some of the formatting and metadata may have gotten malformed in the move.
"Because registration data connects individuals or organizations with domain names, domain name registrants are required to provide accurate and reliable contact details. If the domain name registrant knowingly provides inaccurate information, fails to update information within seven days of any change, or does not respond within 15 days to an inquiry about accuracy, the domain name may be suspended or cancelled."

The drawing screen lags a little for me. Kinda hard to draw precisely unless you move very slowly.

The Chrome extension Dark Reader works very well on Hacker News. It's hit or miss on other sites and can create some disturbing SVGs.

I've been in a couple channels with several hundred people. The admins handled it by shouting until everyone was quiet, enforcing one person speaking at a time, and swiftly muting, moving, or banning anyone who disobeyed. I'm not sure if Discord's API is flexible enough for a bot like that.

I've been reading this and it's great so far. Are there other similar books that describe modern enterprise architecture at scale?
Reminds me of attending a conference and being in a workshop with a member of TC39, the Ecmascript standards committee. I was sitting next to this individual but didn't know who they were. I made the mistake of complaining about modern JS and version splitting. Fortunately, I didn't say anything too harsh but I definitely would have held my tongue if I knew who they were.
