"he allegedly discovered 91 pounds of meth"....not helping the case but overall I agree against mass surveillance like this
Re:Opus 5.5 is good at explainer videos on Thursday September 24, 2026 @05:36PM (#49837043)

Re:Opus 5.5 is good at explainer videos on Thursday September 24, 2026 @05:35PM (#49837026)
My friend..definition of “good” is very relative. These are just flashy slide decks
May be I am in minority but I would hate to be alone in entire theater. I enjoy some vibe and people around

Re:Chrome's New AI Features on Thursday September 18, 2025 @06:40PM (#45295903)
Why as user I should get excited for ai features? Why are they selling ai so much, show me what it solves ? Nothing

Re:Atlassian is acquiring the Browser Company on Thursday September 04, 2025 @11:41AM (#45128530)
100% on point, classic case of drinking ai cool aid and killing what users wanted

Re:The Right Way to Embed an LLM in a Group Chat on Saturday July 05, 2025 @10:25PM (#44477314)
yeh I type in Paris, now I get a paragraph to read with random suggestions with no context to verify if these are good for me or not. If User has to figure out and make choices and tell AI to plan the trip then what is the point. It is easy for me to see nice UI with reviews, image grid and make choice based on this type of data. Why is the purpose of back and forth discussion with AI ?

Re:An appeal to companies doing AI on Sunday May 04, 2025 @08:17PM (#43890780)
Disabling ai at this point is like using your app in off line mode. Not a lots of people want to build for that
Re:I'd rather read the prompt on Sunday May 04, 2025 @04:15PM (#43889237)

Re:Google Is Winning on Every AI Front on Saturday April 12, 2025 @03:28PM (#43667271)
This article is the example of why google ai is not winning market share. All you have shown is bunch of graphs and numbers, two image and video examples are horrible. This would not want me even touch google ai. Meanwhile world is going crazy over ghibli images with openai. Users are not stupid!
Re:Google Is Winning on Every AI Front on Saturday April 12, 2025 @05:03AM (#43662671)
I have been using all AI tools in my job working for ai startup and none of them are google products. May be I should give it a try, their product positioning is horrible
Re:Practical UX for startups surviving without a designer on Wednesday March 12, 2025 @10:53PM (#43349972)
Great try this and see how far it goes ! None of this matters if u don’t find pmf and u don’t need a designer for this. Totally disagree with this. Article started great but then niched out too small with login flows. No startup is reinventing this.
“Technical review by experienced developers Our team of engineers with experience at top tech companies reviews each question for technical accuracy, relevance, and clarity.”

Which engineers which top companies? It’s all very ambitious.

Its 0% for me, no wonder they sold to train their content for ai
Auto update with what ? What is the process
My google search usage is down to 10%
100% ever since I switched to design and no longer using windows, I forgot what blue screen of death looks like :D
Re:AI Killed the Tech Interview. Now What? on Thursday February 20, 2025 @01:34PM (#43118329)
One option is to make the interviews harder and let candidates use ai to see how they can work with ai and actually build working product. They will be using ai in the job anyway so let them use it instead of asking stupid algorithm questions to sort an array
