I read this in the voice of Randy from southpark. Best episode ever!
Indeed the government will do as they please, it;s not like anyone is truly going to force them to stop that requires strength not complainants an lawsuits. My personal opinion is that we truly have no power in a large government, unless we were to revolt with riots, militias, and a organized task force and basic wage an un-winnable war with our own government. Anyways no one wants that except for maybe so guns nuts and anarchist. Although it would be pretty interesting in the history books. Which will be over written... haha America blows!
Best article I have read in a while. It's tragic comedy how they get a way with it.

I mean i tried asking a group of friends what they thought, to learn they don't know what the fuck PRISM is!

It usually goes. "No one cares about, what the government does, your just weird."

I'm anti social so the only time I hangout with them is when I'm stoned. So I can see why I'm weird to the average teenager, but to not know about the government being caught spying on us, makes it seem like they were never really caught unless your on 4chan or reddit...

Fuck it...

"You heretic of the great states of America, you doubt our leaders? The very men that lead our children through education, a no child left behind policy. Or the war to protect our freedom from Iraq an Afghanistan how can these men terrorize America, and to say they surrender to Al-Qada, how dare you!" - A likely response from about 70% of America(a guess based off no statistics)

Too bad the statement above confuses me! That's the exact reason why they commit domestic terrorism... ahh the irony!

It will make for a good story in the future called "The Fall of Advance Humans". It shall be a mere legend as near primitive people will wonder, how this advanced world could destroy itself.

Then 1000 years later, history would have been repeated, and there will be a legend called "The Fall of the Advanced Humans, That Once Wondered How an Advanced World could destroy itself... They found the answer"... etc.

sorry for the rambling. I like your post though I agree 100% that PRISM is an act of terrorism on our freedoms.

Ask NH: Help me understand the cloud

I was just watching the xbox-one expo on the xbox360 dashboard, and realized during the Forza 5 preview that I didn't know what the cloud was(Forza 5 uses the cloud to move away from preset AI to a learning AI, by updating your driving patterns to the cloud). So I read up on Cloud Computing, and its defined as undefined. Not really helpful, considering I want to know what it is, or how it is...

Tech Companies Responses to PRISM Are All the same?

I came to check the latest news on the government's latest attempt to restrict our Internet privacy. and What do I see? That every tech company's response when accused of being part of Prism is the same.Maybe they have the same legal adviser? Perhaps they are sending us a message in plain sight that they're being forced into PRISM? or they coincidentally have the same thought patterns?Does...

iTunes U, that's very interesting. I've never really used iTunes so I had no idea they offered tutorials.

I have tried open source projects a little on github but the files were too long. I'll look more into open source but I need to dig around to find smaller projects. If there are any small projects you can recommend that would be great.

Thanks for the help, I will start digging into the resources you gave after I take a look at Udacity.

Thanks for the Udacity resource I will definitely go check that out. Just wondering but do you have any finished public projects? I would really like to see how another high schooler approaches programming.

Ask HN: High School Student Looking For Learning Resources

Hello everyone, my name is Brandon and I'm a junior in high school. I have been programming in Python for almost a year now and have been, for the most part guided by my teacher. Now I'm reaching a point where my programs are to complex and asking my teacher for feedback is time consuming, preventing me from programming as much as I want. So I would like to take on the role of teacher for...
