I know its marketing but still it's super inspiring to me. Try pulling it off in real hardware. It's incredible.

Ask HN: Are there any chat app around personal photos?

For example, I want to quickly create an album of my kids growing up and how they changed. I want to find all the photos where one of my relatives showed up or where we celebrated a festival and so on. I know Google does a little bit, but it is not perfect. It's not good. I'm wondering if there's anything that already exists.

So, using nextjs is LLM slop?
Re:SvelteKit 3 Is Here on Friday October 02, 2026 @03:00AM (#49930593)
Honestly, this may be a great framework, but who cares, really? You're not really writing anything. You're just asking Claude Code to create something in plain English and looking at the output, so I don't know. I think the era of crafting software is basically over.

Why are people still building these frameworks? Can't we just use LLMs to build the best JS framework?

They are not open source anymore, right?

Yeah, I think it is definitely great. Having said that, I am still debating in my mind whether the volume of software engineers needed in the AI era is going to increase or decrease because of all of these advancements.

On the one hand, because it is easy to build products, more and more people will build. And more and more products and features will be built. However, a lot of people who are non-technical will also try to build, but they get stuck, and then they will need engineers. The sheer volume of product built by both experienced technical companies and non-technical novice startups and founders and wannabe founders is going to be massive. That is the bull case for having more software engineers needed in the near future.

On the other hand, in a year or so, people will build all these products, and most of them won't be able to market them, sell them and make money. Eventually, there won't really be a need for that many software engineers.

I think overall the bull case is probably going to win net net.

This is very interesting. I need to dig it up more. Glad to see that it’s all open source.
pretty cool

How are getting your customers (for B2B startups)?

At some point, we all have to sell. I've built a b2b product and now am starting to sell. I'm wondering if you are getting your customers via email/linkedin outreach or some other method, like SEO, influencer, etc?Any secret to success that you can spill?

I have tried things like this, they are good for debugging and asking simple questions but is really hard to train them to be good enough for production. You'll get enough frustrating results, that you'll abandon them soon.
Given that Harvard President plagiarized her way into becoming a President, how can we be sure that NYT doesn't plagiarize and take content from X and other places to quickly chrun out daily news?
