As opposed to CloudFlare providing an SSL certificate for each IP and adding your domain name to the SAN list for $20 a month.
That seems like a better option as a fallback when SNI is not available.

With ECDSA only certificates, which are even less supported by old browsers than SNI.

Yes. SSL 3.0 is okay, but not 2.0.

You have to remember that, compared to the US, Ireland is tiny. The majority of the US population does not live in large urban areas, who while New York for example might have lots of choices, Spokane probably doesn't.

Not when their competitors will do the same. Heck, what competitors? Many areas only have Comcast service!

You could just always do a hash using SHA1 then feed that to bcrypt. This way you only have one code path, for all users.

500GB bandwidth you say? That is the plan with only 128MB of memory; you can't run many things with so little memory. The 512MB plan at RamNode is $7.5, 50% more.

It's even better - you get an MSDN subscription for up to 10 people, each with $150 Azure credits ($200 first month) and you can use all of them in production. That's $1500.
