Fine, let's take another dataset. There's also https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/political-corruption-inde...
Germany is 8th best there, not the worst.
I'm not arguing that there's no corruption, the country was a role model, or anything like that. That kind of post-fact accusation is not helpful, it's leading society in a dangerously wrong direction.

Most corrupt in the world? Easy to debunk: It ranks on 10 (10th best) as per https://www.transparency.org/en/cpi/2025
Do they need to do better? Absolutely!

Who are "they", you mean one commenter you assume is European?
You are right that at the beginning of the 20th century, there was still a lack of democratic structures, in Europe, as well as in the United States of America, where the 19th amendment was introduced in 1920 and the Voting Right Act in 1965.

Yes, you are right. There's a comment further above to cover the canal but not with solar panels and have the panels in a solar park. The covered area in that solar park could then be used for agriculture - and maybe irrigated with the water from the covered canal.

The concept of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agrivoltaics still sounds more promising than putting solar panels on top of the canal.

I just checked whether it's the first release after Jason Evans stepped down as maintainer, but it isn't. That was the previous release, 5.3.1

Storypoints do not mean "time". Time would be too concrete and measurable and would be bad for selling more agile coachings.
Instead storypoints represent "effort". What does it mean and how can it be used to estimate a shipping date? I was told that I just don't understand.

You seem to be confusing the words "Schmerzmittel" (analgesic, pain killer) and "Betäubungsmittel" (narcotic). Those two classes of substances are not the same.

It’s not, the BtmG literally means narcotics drugs act.

Thanks for clarifying! I did some own research and apparaently in those oral hearings, objectors were often tricked into contradicting themselves with quite absurd scenarios.

I don't have intentions to justify an injustice. I'm saying why should we try to make it even harder for a disadvantaged group? It does not help a single German man if women also have to comply to this law.
Fixing women's rights on the other hand gives everybody the benefit of living in a society that is more fair. For me, that's a valuable goal.

Well, 2 wrongs make one right, don't they?!
I wish we'd first fix women's rights and then extend their duties. What the OP does is just egoistically trying to make other groups also suffer.

What's a reason that is politically and not against one's conscience? I assumed that one's political beliefs would also manifest in conscience.
The cold war has been over for a very long time. The whole process was reformed in 1984 by removing the mandatory oral hearing. Sources say that acceptance rate was above 90% after 1995. That's not good enough (should be 100%), but not terrible either.
