Longer duration comes with the risks of payment going down where you hosted it. You disappear, bills are not paid, your dead man switch is now down too
Had he not had flock or Vigilant, he would not have stopped her. That’s the probable cause he was missing.

Anything gathered after that is dismissed because of the fruits of the poisonous tree.

Show HN: Forwarder.cc – Static-site forms sent to your inbox, pay per message

https://forwarder.cc

TL;DR: 12 years ago I built a service that forwards simple HTML forms to an email address. I've been procrastinating on finishing it ever since, until today. You point your form at it and every submission lands in your inbox. It runs on credits, 1 credit = 1 message, no subscription. Perfect for static websites.—Hey folks, back around 2014, alongside my job as a software engineer, I was...

Damn, I must have had a bad roll then, been a couple weeks here too
That's why we sign DPA in Europe, it's a matter of liability transfer. I agree on your point, but that is not the issue here.
You could gather enough data to be able to handle big known players. Randoms get the single claim treatment, and for big services used by a lot of people you could learn the domains and allow adjacent domains.
What about data residency and retention? They quickly mention ZDR for enterprise accounts only on their support but that’s it. At least to us, that’s a hard showstopper.

Too bad they seem too busy to answer these questions, IMO that feels like a missed early leverage opportunity for them. We benchmarked a bit self hosted alternative, and nothing reach quite the cost/performance of Jev, yet.

I had great success using enablebanking.com for personal usage. The setup is a bit cumbersome, but works really well
Re:Do not install Zod 4.6.6 – might be infected on Monday October 12, 2026 @06:18AM (#50054177)
It claims a release was sent to NPM, and this is not true. The maintainer of Zod made sure even this kind of attack could not proceed with a publication. The comment I answered to is dismissing these efforts put in place by Colin.

No it was never published. Only `nubjs/nub` was. You can read more on the write-up -> https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/208477

Re:I don't want the details on Wednesday September 23, 2026 @11:14AM (#49817408)
I don't get it neither. It's important for context to document "why something happened" alongside action items to prevent it from happening again. This is part of history that will be extremely valuable as company knowledge on why processes exists in the first place.

Otherwise, what will be the discussion when it's time to question it later?

This should not be exclusive.

It’s barely any better than a coin flip
Not sure how it works behind the scene, but our app (present on the store since 2018) is taking a couple hours at best with Google, and usually less than 24h with Apple.

Very much likely an automated triage based on code change or complexity.

A RCE was fixed in the last version of Plausible Community Edition, it was present for the past year. Related to [a CVE on phoenix_storybook](https://github.com/phenixdigital/phoenix_storybook/security/...)
Could be a way of saving computation, this way the email content is the exact same for everyone receiving it
Re:Cloudflare is down on Friday December 05, 2025 @04:08AM (#46158555)
But then you end up potentially exposing the origin server. This could be an opt-in option though
Re:I just want working RCS messaging on Wednesday November 19, 2025 @01:40PM (#45983270)
I don’t know a lot about the rest of Europe on this, but here in France it’s been more than a decade SMS are unlimited in mobile plans, and these plans are quite cheap.

We also have free roaming in the whole Europe.

Yarn just landed a similar feature too https://github.com/yarnpkg/berry/pull/6901
Re:MacBook Pro Insomnia on Thursday July 31, 2025 @11:48AM (#44746871)
I have the same issue and it's driving me crazy. One bluetooth device is waking up a MBP M4 regularly during the night, lighting up an external screen. Even without any connected devices.
Hey, I worked on this. Feel free to shoot any questions if you like
It seems that writing a tool in anything else than English will bypass most of this scanner
Re:You should know this before choosing Next.js on Wednesday March 26, 2025 @10:32AM (#43482679)
We also migrated away from Next.js last year to [Vike], big improvment on developer experience all around. Most of our needs are covered by just pre-rendering pages ([SSG])

[Vike]: https://vike.dev/ [SSG]: https://vike.dev/pre-rendering

Could you describe a bit the load and the server/db specs? I’m using Plaisible right now and I wonder how it would handle with similar specs
Re:Mozilla fixes Firefox zero-day actively exploited in attacks on Thursday October 10, 2024 @07:08AM (#41797641)
It's fixed in the developer edition 132.0b5 also if you are wondering
It's actually a pill to eat less, seems to be a hunger suppressant

It is yes. Thanks for such a nice tool
Re:Dokku: My favorite personal serverless platform on Monday August 26, 2024 @11:35AM (#41358172)
I really like Dokku. I recently wrote a plugin to automatically expose the apps I add on it on my local network as subdomains of the host via MDNS (https://github.com/calyhre/dokku-mdns), perfect for hobbyists
