I've outgrown one of my earliest mentors in most ways but I can see how she's still useful.
Ahimsa is the central idea of Buddhism. The idea is to avoid harm to others and to avoid harm to yourself. I would begin by introducing a healthy respect for living beings because currently, you're trapped in a self-harming cycle of pain, angst, and thoughts of death.
As I estimate, this crowd has collectively spent upwards of hundreds of hours reviewing my performance. Some of the feedback they provided was high quality, and it helped me during critical moments when I was working on important endeavours. When I realized the value of what they were giving away for free, I stepped on the gas to see how far this would take me. I've had mixed results so far, so I'm wondering how I can be more systematic in my approach.

I have been relying on crowdsourcing feedback online to motivate me through tough times. The only drawback is that I have a hard time guiding the feedback in terms of timing and subject matter. For example, it looks like some seeds I sewed a year or so ago are coming to fruition now, but I did not anticipate it taking so long. I have already solved much of those problems within that year, but I...
As an aside, for the comments here that genuinely mean well and mention seeing a doctor or therapist, I have some thoughts on that. It feels a bit ableist to recommend without knowing more about your background. If you decide to go, you can always choose to do so with full self-compassion. It is not up to internet strangers to assess your situation, and in fact, feels risky to me when what you've asked about may well be addressed by some time management tools. Having said that, you can use the responses here as a diagnostic. What are their intentions, and how can you leverage that in your life? Sometimes, when people say that an idea is "wrong", that's the best indicator that you are in fact on the right path.
There are 24 hours in a day. Even if you spent 10 hours a day learning and working, you still have a small window of time for other activities as well. Time management will help you get both a "life" and professional development.
I'm not sure I understand your connection to this woman. You say she's a colleague, but you also mention programming interviews. Are you working at the same company and helping her find another job? Some companies explicitly prohibit this poaching behaviour.
Soliciting feedback is an indicator of curiosity.

I got my dream job by reading the twitter messages and slack messages of my critics. The only problem is that they seem to be running out of steam. How do I motivate my critics to motivate me to be my best?
Put yourself in a crucible situation. You'd be surprised how effective it is. I have managed to set myself up that way, and even I'm surprised at how much I've grown in a matter of months. As a direct result, I sleep well and have a positive outlook on the future.
