It appears that most people are dissatisfied with politics and civic engagement can be difficult to measure.What if there was a cryptocurrency that gave every participant a vote on the usage of a portion of the funds? Directly linking a member's participation in a fund with the projects within their community. Each member would have a single vote. Theoretically this could act similar to an...

I spoke with someone earlier who got an invite and they did not see a change on their application. We have not received an invite or a rejection.

Are you based outside of the US? It sounds like most of the pre-interviews have been with teams in other countries.

I just asked in https://yc.metachat.com/ about the timeline for invites / rejections and learned that they should be sent out around 8pm PST

I am not certain but I believe the B-1 will be the one you need. Regardless I'm sure YC will be able to point you in the right direction.
