On average, a CEO spends approximately 2.6 hours per day handling emails. This not only affects their efficiency but also takes away valuable time from high-impact activities like strategic planning, decision-making, leadership and team development, external relations, innovation, talent acquisition, and crisis management. Hey HN!

During the past few months, I've been the solo dev on a new app to help foster a remote team culture. Unicorn Train is a fun way for teammates to recognize and reward each other for doing great things. It currently integrates with Slack and GitHub, with many more integrates to come. It's built using Ruby on Rails on the backend, Tailwind on the frontend, and is hosted on Heroku.

Any and all feedback is welcome :)

Cheers!
