Thank you all for your valuable comments and advice. I decided to tone it down a little, I'll have diet coke (my other craving) instead in the evening. But I don't exclude smoking occasionally at parties. Don't want to make resolutions I can not keep.

Where I live, if get caught, I would get a suspended prison sentence for that. Not worth it in my case.

I have a fairly stressful life and when I come home in the evening I like to have a few cigarettes which helps me to relax. I don't smoke during the day at all, but those few cigarettes in the evening are the highlight of my day. I'd like to quit smoking, but what could I do instead?
