You are missing the point. Out of all the counties in Texas — why is it that Hays county has the biggest problem. Hays county is just south of Austin, in central texas.
Sure it could be cartels, it could also be snowbirds bringing meds from Mexico to people in the north. You and I don’t have conclusive evidence of either.

My interview with WeWork was for a dev role.. Recruiter emailed me a 'homework' assignment. This homework assignment was basically work they needed to get done and offed it on candidates to finish.. I noped out of that pretty quick.

Tesla at least realizes they can't get passed the regulatory hurdle. Keep driver at the wheel, provide a value, automate and refine.
