While neither investigation has found any indication of unauthorized access to our server, we cannot completely rule out the possibility.
If unauthorized access to our CDN node did occur, the potentially exposed information would have been: temporarily cached CDN content, Pull Zone configurations, and TLS certificates stored on that server.
As an additional precaution, we have revoked and reissued all TLS certificates for bunny. net platform domains (b-cdn. net and bunny. run). Reissuance of managed TLS certificates for custom domains is ongoing and is expected to be completed within the next 24 hours. No action is required from customers using managed certificates. We will post a further update on our status page once this process is complete.
If you manage your own TLS certificates, we recommend revoking and reissuing them with new private keys as a precaution.
No other customer data, including bunny. net account data, was stored on the server in question, and no internal systems were affected.
so it seems like the underlying provider
potentially allowed, for instance, disk read, that above is what bunny says might have been on disk in this case? Am I reading that right?
My paid company Google Workspace account is stuck on 3.6.
My free gmail account is not.

I think the actual concern, not well expressed in the blog post, is the fact that node and vscode server are installed on, for instance, a prod machine that (probably) should be very tightly controlled in terms of what software is installed and running. You don't want to unwittingly add to the attack surface
Great question! Yes, this works much like the doom player. Sensor data (LIDAR, velocity, etc.) becomes the state. You use the score primitive to operate the controls ("What level of braking should be applied" 0: None, 1: just slightly slowing down, 2: there's a suspicious cat on the side of the road you don't trust, ...
Full disclosure, I am not they :=)
SWE 1.6 was great for small tasks. Very fast and good enough. 1.7 was unusable for me. Took more time thinking than GLM 5.2 and seemed to be generally running in circles. I tried it but abandoned it.
Looking forward to 2 -- maybe it'll be usable
Oof. Why does this seem worse than just showing everyone the ad? Maybe because people like me will go "not my experience" and brush off the complainers. Diabolical
> There's absolutely no evidence of or IMHO plausible path to an agent copying itself out and running on other hardware the way you describe.
Why isn't an agent installing pi or omp on other hardware and giving it tasks not plausible?
Great read. So glad they took the time to tell this story. (And glad they, as a for profit corporation, took out a support contract with SQLite. I hope they continue to do so even though this problem is resolved.)

"Analyst research estimated OpenAI was responsible for roughly half of Azure’s $30 billion in year-over-year growth, and investment bank Stifel’s Brad Reback flagged in his investment thesis that the relationship is becoming less competitively additive as Google follows hard on Azure’s heels. Not to mention, Azure has long chased Amazon Web Services for customers and market share. Yet BNP Paribas senior equity research analyst Stefan Slowinski estimated the $24.1 billion as less than a quarter (23%) of Azure’s revenue, and noted that Microsoft has a path to keeping Azure’s growth above 40% as it phases in consumption-based pricing across its Copilot product offerings. I like to use SWE-1.6 for quick help with git. For instance:
review the top stash and tell me what's in it (grouped appropriately)
1.6 does this fine nearly instantly.
1.7 tried for 17s before I killed it
"Total fiscal Q3 revenue was $41.5 billion, up 74% sequentially and up 346% year over year, representing our fifth consecutive quarterly revenue record. The $17.6 billion sequential increase is the largest in our history, eclipsing last quarter’s $10.2 billion record."

Having never really looked at valuations, my ignorant mind can get from Starlink's 10M subscribers to a $380B valuation. If you make $100/mo/user that's 12B/yr and that with a higher 50x P/E ratio is 60B. If you go to 100x, that's $120B.
The author of that page seems to mostly be AI, not a human.
Make that two people. I much prefer to slap the rare check on the scanner than fiddle with the phone. My banks "scan the check" part of the app was buggy for a long time, so maybe that jaded me. (~"move closer", ~"move away", ~"increase lighting"...)
I found many points interesting. Here's one:
Policymakers supposedly work for us/the people and they could have made surveillance ad tech expensive and thereby severely limited it, but
> "Policymakers failed us because cops and spies hate privacy laws and lobby like hell against them. Cops and spies love commercial surveillance, because the private sector's massive surveillance dossiers are an off-the-books trove of warrantless surveillance data that the government can't legally collect."
> What this means for you: Helicone's services will remain live for the foreseeable future in maintenance mode. This means security updates, new models, bug & performance fixes all keep shipping.
Hmm
Try searching for "glasses" and you get a page full of blocks?

> who voted Trump because they believed Harris was not tough enough
No, they voted for Trump because he was their guy then later made up a rational justification. We know that people generally do NOT make decisions by rationally evaluating things, their subconscious makes a decision and their conscious makes plausible rational arguments. (Yes, citation needed.)

$30K NOT counting some expenses (cardiologist, ER docs)???
> Bills were a few thousand here for the cardiologist, another few there for the ER docs, a bit for the radiologist. I helped my sister-in-law negotiate these down but they weren’t back breakers. Then the hospital bill came: $195k. This is a story about that.
