Re:Show HN: Coding noob - first weekend project on Wednesday October 06, 2010 @03:05AM (#1763035)
I like this project with the email replies, I use gmail so labelling and filters etc don't make it spammy

I put "buy my girlfriend a new ring" hopefully that will annoy that crap out of me until I do it lol

adding and optimizing the email replies would be great, its a great idea

Re:I want to work on a web application (FREE/PAID) on Tuesday September 21, 2010 @01:41AM (#1711601)
Sounds great, email me [email protected]

I want to work on a web application (FREE/PAID)

Looking to add some web-app examples to my portfolio/resume and would rather contribute to a project then make my own. I would be suited for a PHP project but have a great understanding of most internet technologies. If no one here needs any help, does anyone know of any sites where people post their repositories that I can contribute to. Thanks in advance, Thomas

I have no proposal I believe you can be a premium service from yahoo but thats out of my budget so could possibly down the chain do it. I think for a site with hundreds of thousands of links this tool would be quite void anyway. thanks

If there is demand I will implement it and I guess I need those features too. Auto ignoring blogs you comment on sounds a bit too challenging but internal and static domains should be easy to ignore through a user cp. Thanks for the feedback

I cannot for the life of me find the typo. Any page in particular?

Ahh got you, I will document it better, Thanks!

Ok I will, filter internal and external.

The site says you have Total Backlinks - 747

Re:Sharing my SEO tool, a mini startup? on Friday September 17, 2010 @06:41AM (#1700658)
Thanks, like someone noted it will make more sense when you actually receive a new backlink lol
Re:Sharing my SEO tool, a mini startup? on Friday September 17, 2010 @06:40AM (#1700656)
I made it like that because its also useful to know when a new page has been directorised and analysed for back links. So to you its not useful at all to see your internal backlinks?
Re:Sharing my SEO tool, a mini startup? on Friday September 17, 2010 @06:24AM (#1700636)
I'd say the latter I guess, its hassle free compared to other seo web apps and I've never seen real time email alerts in any other service.

I'm adding in a feature which gives the backlinks a rating on a scale of 1 - 10, its about 70% done, I've never seen that done either.

Thats a great point and my brain hurts when trying to think of a way to demonstrate the email notification.
