Re:Show HN: Wonder – AI-native design tool on canvas on Tuesday August 19, 2025 @06:46PM (#44956946)
Happy to see this live here. We’ve been working heads-down for months and it’s been amazing to bring AI into design in a more natural way. If you’ve struggled with design tools before, I’d love to know what pain points you think we should tackle first.
Stoked to see Superflex here! I’m one of the co-founders, and we built this to make front-end dev faster and less tedious.

If you’re tired of manual UI coding or have ideas to improve tools like this, we’d love your feedback. Also, open to contributors—help us make it even better!

Do you find it challenging to conduct customer discovery interviews?

I have been running my startup for 6 months now and have conducted more than 100 customer discovery interviews. Looking back, I realized that in many of these interviews, I asked a lot of leading questions. As a result, there weren't many valuable learnings from those calls because I was primarily trying to validate my hypothesis and guide the participants towards positive answers, instead of...

Does anyone else hate writing HTML and CSS?

Hey everyone,I've been thinking about how much I dislike writing HTML and CSS. Are there any tools that can help with this, especially for creating pages, modals, buttons, and other components? Ideally, I'd like to mock them up and have an AI copilot generate the code for me, while still adhering to my code style and reusing my components.Does anyone else find this kind of work exhausting? I...

Re:Ask for feedback on career development platform on Monday April 29, 2024 @08:02AM (#40197227)
Hello everyone,

I’d like to share and ask for feedback on my startup in the HR performance development field.

Our mission is to enhance clarity and transparency in career development for all organizational members, providing them with a clear path for progression.

We developed our platform from personal frustrations about lacking clarity on how to progress to the next level. Previous companies used tools like Lattice and 15five, but they were made for leadership, and there is not so much value to end users (employees). That’s why we started developing our platform.

We’ve been working on it for the past six months and are eager to share our progress and gather your honest feedback. Please visit our website at https://sprout-hr.com/, there you can find a demo video of our platform.

Looking forward to your thoughts!

Wow that is mind-blowing, thanks for sharing your perspective. Personally, I find it hard to grasp the idea of companies constantly onboarding and offboarding employees instead of investing in their growth. Every employee brings valuable domain knowledge, and investing in them can lead to better results. Happy and motivated employees tend to perform better, and that's something that can benefit any business in the long run.
Hmm, I understand the perspective of keeping expenses down, but it's essential to consider the long-term implications. Without a clear career path, employees may lose motivation and job satisfaction, ultimately affecting their performance. High turnover rates can lead to a negative reputation for the company and constant onboarding & offboarding, which is both costly and disruptive. Am I missing something here?
