That's unfortunate for the python community. I can understand the move by Astral team, but it's still difficult to accept it.

They seem to take poor weather condition into account as they reserve an amount of power to keep the link up and stable (equipment would be capable of pushing up to 75km) Those were data from first tests they did, might be interesting if they can confirm that in future updates.

Re:DeskHop – Fast Desktop Switching on Wednesday December 27, 2023 @06:47PM (#38788302)
Have you considered using the special chars (caps lock) to switch both mouse and keyboard from PC A to PC B, and vice versa?
I would pick a word or name, and for each letter of the given word you create a sentences beginning with each letter. It doesn't need to make sense, you just need to make it easy to remember. Bonus point by adding a number (like a year date related to the word/name) and by separating each word with a special character.

For example : Alice Amendment%Liability%Indicates%Cute%Energy2006

One can also take one skill out of the list as goal to achieve. I don't think an engineer is able to be perfect in all skilset. This kind of list should be seen as an inspiration and challenge you in the skill we are lacking from.

Sadly, a lot of people think that only ideas matter. Too bad for them, because ideas worth nothing. Don't you think?

Slack [0] is a piece of beauty for community/team communication. I don't if there is already a HN channel on it.

I think this mistake had a cascade effect on the other ones. If you remove this one, a lot of other ones should be manageable.
