Equity for Early Employees
We are onboarding our first employees. Pre-revenue, product launched, currently bootstrapped but raising. They are going to work part-time at first but are vital for onboarding clients. We want to give them equity to increase buy-in and make them "a part of the business".1y vesting, OKR's and milestones to earn equity. What % of equity would be reasonable?
