nothing else works, people work with the tools they have at their disposition, and if companies don't have any morals when it comes to us (results driven approach no matter the consequences), why should we have any morals when dealing with companies? We're just playing at their own game, and getting good results, and there is nothing wrong with that, so keep on going as long as there are results.

not in EU they don't
also firms like Securitas mostly provide security services to enterprises, and gouvernements sites, not to citizens.
bad comparison example

Why do people still use the mobile facebook app? I've just added the web app shortcut on my phone and it's more than enough, plus it doesn't bother you with useless updates, doesn't track you when you're not running the app, and doesn't drain your battery.

And that's exactly what he's talking about, and how many patterns do you have? Because we only have one, the Angular way, you can't imagine how an opinionated framework simplifies the life of working in large teams and hiring new people that can be productive quickly because they all pretty much follow the same design guidelines

Exactly my experience, when they've introduced Context API in the latest version of react (16.3?) I and was seeing all these blog posts about them on all my feeds, i looked them up and tried to understand what the fuss was all about, and when I finally understood, I was like "Ok so it's solving exactly the same problem that @Injectable Services solve, but in a way more convoluted manner)
Re:Deploying a ReasonML React app with Docker

Angular plays very well with typescript, because the entire framework is written in it, more than that, Angular Team is working with TypeScript Team to help make TS better, and vice-versa.
