I'm in Brazil, so I'm going to get Smart TV TCL 50 inches. It comes with Linux and you can manage it via adb.

The code was hand written but now Claude has refactored it. You can see the changes in git history.

I've been using Claude code to finish up some projects that were on hold for a while. I've been doing this in my laptop, keeping the changes local. In one session I was offered $100 usd credits to let Claude connect and work in one of my GitHub projects directly. So I chose aimAndShoot, a neural evolution game from 2019. It catched some bugs and introduced improvements. I told it I was going to...
I feel like I did that walk, in person (the tourist areas for sure). I've been to SF three times now, most of the time I'm walking everywhere. Even found a place that sells Brazilian coxinha
Gorgeous graphics. Can you talk about that a bit?
Yeah, I saw the example with a link to GitHub and thought there would be a project. Don't like to look at code on my phone though, so I usually wait until I'm on the computer
Looks impressive, haven't looked at the code yet, I'll at night.
Mine did that once. Pixel pro 10
I would like to see some pictures of the final product, seems very cool
Make friends. Get close with professors you like and are competent. Try stuff, reinvent the wheel. Do things manually first, automate it later. Memorize the things you know you're never gonna use in real life to pass the tests, don't go complaining like a child. Getting into to college is hard, getting out holding the degree is harder.
It is actually a Google box, at least the software is (don't know if it's modified by Xiaomi). The custom launcher gets rid of those shitty recommend videos on YouTube / Prime / Netflix...
Got myself a mi box with a custom launcher. Way better than any other Smart TV out there. Unless there's a smart tv that does not show ads right on the fing front page.
Anyway, the box is powerful enough to do several things. You can install a IP tv if you want. If you don't, you still have a pretty good media center (you can hook up an external hd on it)
There were two companies posting on hn some time ago that I suspect was just gathering training data (asking for a code challenge or to answer 2 questions about 60 seconds long answering some bs). I feel like we should denounce those as well. Posting jobs that don't actually exists. Specially those that post month after month.
Can't even scroll the website on mobile, too much going on
A Brazilian friend of mine asked for a pt-br version of wordit so I made it.
I have removed accentuated words to keep it simple.

A few weeks ago I released wordit, a game where starting from a four letter word, you need to come up with as many other words you can, Changi one letter at a time. To make it more competitive I've created a leaderboard. The game starter with scores of 20s, then 100s and finally 1000s. The record right now is more than 6000. After a brief investigate I realize it was a bot. Several bots took a stab at my game. I then just split the leaderboard into humans and bots. I found it funny.

Yes. She left that house to work on a nursery home with the nuns. Then on a supermarket, I think. Then my father knocked her up at the age of 20. Interesting woman.
Yup, my mom and her sisters were all sent off to work on family houses when they were about 10 - 12. They were born in the country side, and my grandpa didn't care for them at all.
`y = x; y = -x` produces a nice effect (axis off)

Hi everyone, I made a small experiment where you can use mathematical equations as Conway’s Game of Life starting state.Enter one or more explicit functions such as `y=sin(x); x=sin(y)` and the app plot the curves on the grid.Press Play to evolve that plotted shape using Life’s rules. You can layer equations (by plotting them one at a time or by using `;` ), clear the canvas, and toggle axes.
my arm is a little better, so i've updated the leader board to show top 10 players and top 10 bots
Can paxcodex write a few words on how he got a score of 6472? I'm recovering from surgery and it is hard for me to do anything now, even type.
