It's an employers market, so probably no.
The Iran "retaliatory" attack was clearly not a serious effort, they mostly used old cheap rockets and drones. It was more to save face and they got a lot of information on Israel's defence systems out of it. And not to mention it cost the Israelis over a 1 billion dollars to thwart while Iran spend a few million.

It's functional in the sense there isn't many functions at all. You can't even do basic things like sort comments.
I'm confused by the labelling, normally "super" implies speed but here the interaction gets slower while the pixels increase. Maybe Max is a better descriptor?
Wasn't there a story recently about a janitor ruining 20 years of research or something?
Well, as they say it's about who you know not what you know.
Hooks solved a real problem and I have not heard a single experienced React developer say a negative thing about them.
>I had a junior on my team propose we switch our year old project to Next’s app router.
that doesn't sound like a big change.
Anyone who has seen the interview knows Mehdi wiped the floor with Taibbi and pointed out humiliating mistakes in his reporting -- even Taibbi accepted that.
As for the plagiarism, the article in question is from over 20 years ago, hardly a slam dunk nor is it a representative of his journalistic career. The only reason Fang wrote that is because Mehdi accused him of Islamophobia, it's just petty and desperate nonsense.
If you want to stalk someone without consequences, just say you're a journalist or paparazzi.
$3.5k is the consumer price not the development kit.
It's just their landing page, but still embarrassing nonetheless.
doesnt seem like many when you realize there's only 300k verified users, and they're part of the base that generates the most content/engagement.
it really doesnt take a lot of users to destroy twitter.

i remember being pretty excited about this cryptocurrency a few years ago, and the IPO was quote huge iirc and they raised hundreds of millions of dollars. Did they accomplish their proof of space hypothesis? What does their future look like currently?

What are the reasons for/against starting a new startup in 2020?
They've been saying this for the past 20 years and even though it's inevitable it's still nowhere near our lifetimes.
Have you tried drying your tears with bank notes? jk. I don't know quit then? Unless you're contractually obligated to stay I'm not sure there's anything you can do aside from either quitting or working towards changing your circumstances assuming you have the influence.
This sounds pretty terrifying.

This makes me wonder what the actual rate of suicides are performed under influence compared to completely sober. I have a feeling the latter is extremely rare.
I think ageism is too overstated in tech industry. If graduates with zero experience can get work, then it doesn't make sense that senior software engineers should struggle in the job market.
Personally, I see the opposite with many job posts asking for minimum X years of experience. If a programmer with many years of expertise is jobless it says more about their personality and their ability to fit culturally speaking. Perhaps they're just applying for the wrong jobs, or use the wrong rhetoric etc.
Too many programmers are concerned with their skill level and less with their ability to communicate their potential. That's what it comes down to when everything is taken into consideration.
>The same applies for every niche skill that takes years to develop.
so you just defeated your own argument, instead of hyper-focusing on writing parser why not just say "years of experience" if that is what really matters?
no wonder you got shit on.
