There are startups around the industry like working on GPS, Fleet management software or logistics startups helping e-commerce companies but none of them are into trucking as in none owns trucks. All most all logistics companies are aggregators but none provides their own trucks.

yeah they are but:
for example - you own a bakery , you can log on to the site and check out what other bakery owners have bought and from where.
for example someone bought a unique display rack or someone bought a cheaper billing paper roll.
