Dev seems to have deleted his Reddit account too

fwiw I noticed a while ago their PS4 app refused to play a file, but it was playable in the PlayStation web browser

Seems like the comment was edited to remove "Move over to Jellyfin and/or Infuse"

Although Porsche have already branded electric cars 'Turbo', the bar meter implies forced induction

Apparently maximum boost on a GT2 is around 1.5 bar, so hitting close to 5 seems...ambitious

Small world - before I rolled the dice on EAP770 a few weeks ago I saw your "rant" thread on /r/TPLink_Omada

It won't be much consolation, but I received a v2 and applied several firmware updates after unboxing it

Seems solid, although I noticed 'exit' doesn't work in ssh (?) - need to type ~. instead

Thanks for the site - Whac-A-Mole it is, then

Fortunately their URLs aren't obfuscated, so it works with Redirector

Funny you mention the cricket

In the HBO miniseries Generation Kill the marines are tuned into the beeb long wave to get news updates, and there's a cricket score read out in the first episode

Nice to see BunsenLabs getting some love - smooth way into a GUI Debian

I prefer Boron over the more recent Carbon due to some of the panel changes (although presumably this is all configurable somewhere)

https://ddl.bunsenlabs.org/ddl/

Boron also probably requires this fix:

Went through similar with my PlayStation account about a decade ago - couldn't figure out how to switch it from a UK card to a US one

Tried a few things, but eventually just gave up and opened a new account (fortunately I hadn't made many purchases)

Allowing people to hide their history was an awful decision imo

Gibson also have some history in this department - the PRS thing got a lot of press at the time

Forcing it does seem a little excessive

Still, I'm confused how a machine on H24 hasn't already gone to 25 via regular updates

Are there a bunch of folks who've been hitting 'don't upgrade now' since late last year?

Something that might work is downloading the current ISO, then mount it and run the setup
I'm far from a MS apologist, but this is upgrading a soon-to-be-unsupported version of Windows 11 to the current version
Re:I love my dumb watches on Friday March 20, 2026 @08:12PM (#47462611)
I've had mixed luck with that auto 31 jewel Vostok movement - one still going strong (although it did have to be sent back to RU for attention), and another that completely gave up the ghost

Prior to certain geopolitical events they could be had for under three figures, which is a steal if you got a good one

The danger with the older ones is that the rubber seals might be toast - if it's an Amphibia this kind of defeats the object of a dive watch

>Sometimes I'm amazed that computers even work at all!

Funny you say this, because for a good while I was running OC'd RAM

I didn't see any instability, but Event Viewer was a bloodbath - reducing the speed a few notches stopped the entries (iirc 3800MHz down to 3600)

Not now, not ever. No toast.
The article mentions Riot Platforms, but the image seems to show Bitdeer Technologies

They're pretty much adjacent, but the orientation of the buildings is different:

Re:RAM is so expensive, Samsung won't even sell it to Samsung on Thursday December 04, 2025 @03:30PM (#46152616)
Not a bad call, although you'll probably need to upgrade the PSU to add a GPU (if you can find one small enough to fit the SFF case)
Re:RAM is so expensive, Samsung won't even sell it to Samsung on Thursday December 04, 2025 @12:49PM (#46150534)
On Dell you'll probably be stuck with the original mobo, and their SFFs don't take standard PSUs
I got bit by this. RMA'd the bad drive and the replacement hasn't had problems (iirc it was made in a different country to the faulty one)

Re:UK bar bans solo-drinkers to 'protect customers' on Friday November 21, 2025 @07:48PM (#46010924)
I meant it seems contradictory that they'll let loners in at 8:50pm, but when the hour hits they suddenly start having seizures and hassling people

It'd make more sense to say no singles at all

Re:UK bar bans solo-drinkers to 'protect customers' on Friday November 21, 2025 @04:57PM (#46009447)
The weird thing to me is 'no single entry after 9pm' implies folks by themselves /are/ allowed in before that time
