Cool project. The heatmap is a nice visualization. It looks like you there's more activity as time goes on. Is that because you are biasing towards using more sources that show up? Or is it that you can just pull more recent data?
In other words, does measuring the thing, change the thing :)?
Thanks! Is this intended to be a complete solution or just a starting point for a policy?
Control click would also be a good addition. Otherwise I keep losing!

I found out that a ton of job alerts are sent overnight: https://www.jobbox.cc/when-are-job-alerts-sent/index.htmlHere’s how I got there:While working at Indeed, I became fascinated by job alerts because we sent a ton each week. When I started to actually job search, I signed up for a bunch and my inbox started filling up. As I got application updates, replies and interviews scheduled, I...
The dominos continue to fall. It seems like the line keeps moving further and further away from what's best for users.
Before some of these companies would listen, but will they now?
What's the best way to show our disagreement?
We should be able to find something that was missed!
Did you let any LLMs search this?
Nice idea. Can I choose a strategy for token reduction, based on what I'm optimzing for? I might be ok with a quality drop for a great cost savings, for example.
Should definitely seed with recruiters in Japan. It's still a huge part of finding a job there. Robert Walters, Robert Half, Hays and more.
Also, is this intended for individual recruiters as well or just agencies?
Can you add a specific rating around if they respect your time? Don't think we need a 30 min call for you to finally reveal the role to me!
So what you really mean is you are going to do better and more detailed skills files so you can get an architecture that you've thought through rather than something random?
I think poster means a local area, not a locally-owned coffee shop. Meaning in NYC it doesn't matter if it's a Starbucks or Locally owned shop, you still wouldn't leave the laptop.
However, if it's a local coffee shop in the middle of Nebraska, you would be ok.
Was this in Shibuya? Maybe there or Roppongi, but most other places aren't really a worry.
Do you think there's staying power here or it's just novelty still?
This is a nicely polished product. Seems like there was good attention to detail. You could add a bit more value before requiring upgrade. I'm not sure what jobs I'll see or how it will match if I upgrade. If I pay and get matches I don't like, that's going to be a bad experience. Suggest some preview of what the matches would be like.
Is this something new within the last year? I just travelled on Flixbus across Hungary, Slovakia, and Poland and received no checks.
Is it only certain countries?
I used to work at Indeed and support your spite!
A few comments:
- the term pack isn't common so you might need to explain or try some other term
- Radar chart is a nice visual
- Overall visuals are interesting. What are your thoughts on showing the resume so much on the search page? I would imagine the first impression is cool, but after that practically it takes up a lot of space.
Overall, it's an interesting concept for sure. I'll give it more usage and report back.
This is kind of fun! When I zoom in it's very pixelated. The geographic formations will help pick a place but it's blurry to see them when I zoom closely.
So do you think it's making the prediction only on oil prices and not much else?
Do you get attribution from the content they show from your sites at all? Did you notice more direct traffic by any chance?
Do you have any techniques for mapping this out? I wonder if some of the internal AI tools now will help with this.
Wouldn't this apply to every social network? Or is this because LinkedIn shows a teaser for free and more detail for paid?
